I’m guessing the manager or someone took notice of the previous reviews. I was greeted politely and even asked if I needed help. When I told Nhi what I was looking for she took me to the location even set me up with a few options and checked out back for alternate colors. She talked me through my choices/​options and asked me what I was looking for without any pressure and that was that. Efficient, courteous and Nhi was helpful without being intrusive. That’s more than I get at other stores! Great experience and will be back!

I went to this store at least 4 times which is 4 times too many. I typically go because of location but I learned my lesson and will drive a little further to get actual service. If you an understaffed store, blank faces on employees when asking a question or describing a problem, and non-​existent customer service, this is the place for you.

I don’t know which is worse, shopping and constantly having someone follow or indifference you entered the store at all. I’ve encountered both at this location.
