First off I am a regular customer to this location quite frequently and I am astounded how nobody never knows my order from going in there. I see the same associates all the time. I gave it 2-stars luckily enough to get that because of cleanliness and to the manager, Neil. He is always so pleasant and friendly when I come in. He is a great guy. All other associate are miserable especially Gislene and Emma(employees forever). They are so unhappy and are truly miserable with their job. They are always in the same position at the cash register and never move around to help do other things. I wish I got paid to stand in one position. Management take a look at that and change the look. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s convenient and to see the happy employees like Neil. Dunkin Donuts management team please take a lot at the misery of your morning employees and change their attitudes because your going to lose business by customers seeing sour faces and attitudes.

So I have not written reviews in a while. so you know this must be GREAT(not the case), or HORRIBLE(completely the case) Well, It is a chain. it is around the corner. and I go a LOT. well, not anymore. Is it because it is chronically understaffed if it isn’t between 6 and 9 am? no, i can deal with that. You can only staff so much in non peak hours. I understand and its ok. Is it the fact a good chunk of the customer facing staff doesn’t speak fluent English? No. it can be difficult, but everyone deserves a chance to earn a living. So with all this, what could have been so bad? Well, I got overcharged, Called them on it, and they still claimed they didn’t. I will explain. I asked for a number 16 combo. Bacon ranch chicken sandwich, which comes with a Small iced tea and hash browns. $ 6.39 on the sign above the counter. plus tax of course. I upsized to a medium Ice tea, which adds $.40 So with tax, should be about $ 7.21. well, the clerk said $ 7.97 I said no, that is incorrect. I wasn’t trying to be cheap, and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene, but it was wrong. I looked at the screen on his computer, and he rang everything up separately, and not as a combo. When I told him he did it wrong, he just replied again«$ 7.97’ It is $.76. not a lot. but is principle. and it also makes me wonder how many other people get the same overcharge. With several hundred people going through a day. it is A LOT to have incorrect. I don’t want to say it was intentional. I don’t know if it was. But when the clerk refused to even change it, or admit it, and just insisted on overcharging me — well, thats the final straw, and I would rather go a mile away instead of two blocks away just to not tie them business.

Best staff! They are all above/beyond every single time. They all know my order, but double check anyhow w big smiles. The donuts are fresh and the place is always spotless! I’ve never waited in a line, they truly work as a team. Coffee is always made the same — perfect! Best Dunks anywhere.

Before I started cutting back on my caffeine, I used to go to this DD every day. And I still go 2 — 3 times a week. What makes this DD stand out from the others is the staff — specifically Emma and Aziz… they’re the best!

I visti this DD regularly for large orders, I actually go out of my way to come to this location because they are so efficient I get my order in no time. The staff is always friendly, and its always clean. My only issue might be parking, but I cant even knock them for that because of all the times Ive been there Ive never had a problem getting a spot on the street right in front.

My ladyfriend frequented this dunks a ton last year, and today when we both went in after at least a six month hiatus, the manger remembered her order! it was seriously the best iced coffee and sausage/egg/cheese on an egg bagel I’ve had in a while! the coffee was fresh, delicious and perfectly made… bagel was soft and toasted just right. sidebar, I just went back for a second coffee. ’nuff said, kudos.

I have to disagree with the last review. I have been to this Dunkin’s close to one million times… I have found them to always be friendly and have never messed up my order. I live closer to another D/D with a drive thru, but they tend to all share one brain cell there. This one is worth driving a bit further for–

Staff is not very friendly. I never get a «thank you» from anyone and I go in there pretty often. No one seems like they really want to be there. I do have to say they are quick which is more important when trying to get to work on time in the morning. Also, parking can be tough. You have to hope that a spot on the street out front is available and sometimes it takes a few circles around the block to get one which can kill a lot of time.
