Arthur at Arsenal Autobody is really nice and honest. They fixed my car when someone did a hit and run on it while it was parked, so I wasn’t pleased to bring it in and be paying the deductible to begin with. They took good care of my car and hurried to get it back to me despite several big snowstorms impacting their capabilities. After I got it back, my internal lights weren’t turning on for some reason. I brought it back in and even though it didn’t have to do with the accident, they fixed it for free.

The strut tower on my car rusted through almost completely so that my strut was actually hitting the hood of the car every time I went over a bump. Eeeekkkk!!! I was told by at least three garages that it was «damaged beyond repair», «not worth fixing», «not able to be fixed at all»…grrr…I hate being told by a garage that something is «not worth fixing». I like to decide for myself what my property is worth and quite frankly even if something costs a bit to fix it is usually still less than having to take on a $ 200-​$ 400 car payment each month.
I took my car to Arsenal Collision because they were close to my house. Arthur looked at the car and felt the same as the other garages, that it probably wasn’t worth it to fix. However… Arthur actually said that he would take it apart and assess the damage and TRY to fix it! I insisted that this was my last hope because I could not afford to buy another car. He was straight-​forward with me. He explained that it might not be able to be fixed, gave me a fair estimate and explained that, because there was structural damage to the car, it would never be perfect. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to try. He gave me a week estimate because they were very busy (again a fair assessment). I stopped by after a week to check on the work. It was still in progress but allowed me a chance to see the interior repair. New metal plates welded into place, a lot of structural work.
When I went to pick up the car two days later it was like new! The strut was back in place (after being about 4 – 5 inches higher than it was supposed to be), the entire tower had been patched and it felt as solid as a rock. They had even cleaned the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside as well as repainted and repaired a few small nicks and dings in the side panel of my car! And the best part… it came in UNDER THE ESTIMATE! My favorite type of repair! I would STRONGLY recommend this garage to anyone who needs repair on their car.
Fast work, fair pricing, honest, friendly service and good, solid work. I have now driven the car for three weeks and I am still impressed with the work. I was so impressed, in fact, that I joined Unilocal just to write this review!

I found this autobody through Google!.. I was appealed by the services that they provided as well as their location. They offer me free ride, but public transportation is very close too. What help me the most is the hours of operations, I am working until late so its important for me to be able to pick up my car during off hours! Strongly recommended.
