This is a tiny cheese pantry in Waterloo. They have a great little sandwhich shop there. I saw the Ghost Pepper Cheese and HAD to try it.
WOW…that spice hits you like a ton of bricks but it was also SOOOOO delicious. There’s also plenty of non-​spicy options plus homemade soups.
If you’re a cheese lover and in the area, I highly recommend this little cheese shop.

Three words– Ghost… Pepper…Cheese! Good stuff! Not only will it kill you, it will take care of the cremation. I love checking out the bargain bin, as well. Lots of free samples.

This place has AWESOME cheese. And not just some local yokel AWESOME. I mean world-​class, hit your grandmother in the mouth AWESOME. They also have a café serving up some tasty treats for lunch and they’re cheap. You can get out of here for lunch for under 5 bucks. Winner in my book.

I have not been to the Pantry its self, but I have had yummy Cheese Curds from the Pantry
I love cheese Curds and can not get it here locally in Seattle, unless you want to call the Crap they make at Beecher’s and charge you your right leg for a taste of there Gourmet curds… can you hear the sarcasm in my voice anyways
so the BF was in Milwaukee last week and he picked up a couple bags of Jim’s Pantry Cheese Curds and brought them home, I am eating Curds as I type :) these are the real deal they are nice and Squeaky as they should be and are perfect right out of the bag after it is set out so it can get to room Temperature
