Jimmy John’s

I get it delivered to my work for lunch about once a month. The food comes before the order confirmation arrives in my inbox… So fast! Food is always delicious and the delivery men are really friendly. I like the turkey Tom.

I have always loved Jimmy Johns, so I was super excited to hear they would be opening up another one in my area that could deliver to us. Now, I get Jimmy Johns a lot so I have experienced drive thru, carry out, and delivery at this location, I know soon they will know my order and have it ready the second they see me ;)
My experience has always been great at every Jimmy Johns I have been to (which is a lot) they are, of course, are faster than fast food and they always have great customer service.

Jimmy Johns usually never messes up on the food from my point of view. So this comes purely down to the service. I thought the service was very good and the people friendly. That matters a lot to me. I guess I am getting old.

I’m giving this new location a 5 star for a few reasons.
1. The sandwich was delicious. (lulu club on wheat)
2. They have a drive through.
3. The staff was courteous and professional.
4. Some dude gave this location a 1 star because he’s out of their delivery area… It’s all about you!

I was super excited that they opened a location here. It’s much easier to get to then going down on College Hill. But what I was most excited and elated about was the drive through!
When you have small kids it’s hard to take him in and out of the car and much easier to just go through drive-​through. But often times I don’t want french fries or burgers so it’s awesome that I can get a sandwich without getting out of the car.
I went through the drive-​through about 6:30 PM. I was immediately greeted by a female at the order speaker. I found the menu simple and very easy to read. They have all the normal Jimmy John’s stuff. She took my order quickly and repeated it back to me to make sure it was correct.
There was no one in front of me so when I drove up to the pick up window she greeted me kindly and check my form of payment. Before she could even give me my credit card back another gentleman was handing my complete order which had for sandwiches and three chips in it. Now that was freaky fast. Best drive-​through experience ever. I think it took me longer to place my order then it did for them to make my sandwiches.
I’ll be back and it might even be easier to go through the drive-​through and have it delivered.

If you want your food delivered, you had better live within 2.7 miles of the store. I guess they keep things «freaky fast» by only delivering to places in which their drivers could jog. Maybe they have a big problem with vehicles breaking down?
