Please do not use Hart Towing & Service! My husband’s car slid off the freeway in the ice and Hart Towing came to pull him out of the ditch. They hooked the car improperly and damaged his car and then refused to pay for the damage they had caused. After speaking with them several times, all they would come up with was half the cost of the damage, saying that it was partly his fault for sliding off the freeway which has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that their driver was solely responsible for the damage done to his car. No other damage occurred except from the tow hook. These are not honest people.
