History

Established in 2005.

Benjamin Express was started Benjamin Winninger in his garage in Waterloo, Iowa in 2004. Today, we cover 4 states with daily courier services and run expedited freight nationwide. Our corporate office is in Waterloo, as well as our 27,000sq/ft. warehouse and transfer facility.

Business Owner

Benjamin has a proven track record of entrepreneurial spirit! His first business was a lawn care business at the age of 13 and by 25 he had built and sold both a local bar and restaurant and a small retail website. Benjamin soon after began building Benjamin’s Courier Express, which he now operates with his wife and 14 employees. Benjamin, also during this time, purchased and profitably restored the Teddy Bear Connection retail chain in Iowa through consolidation and the successful implementation of it’s online sore, Stuffems Toy Shop. Stuffems Toy Shop now hosts the world’s largest collection of teddy bear clothing!
