The store is clean with polite employees who work quickly. Their non bakery food items are satisfactory. If anything is wrong, they are prompt to fix it.
Although their coffee is not always the most fresh and they are often out of certain varieties of baked goods before the morning is up.
I would suggest tasting/​checking your drink order before leaving.

I stopped going here not just because they make my coffee wrong but they are darn right RUDE if you bring it back! The owners are not friendly and treat their employees with no respect. I will take my money somewhere else.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this place so I thought I’d update it with a positive accurate review. The service here is superb and the employees couldn’t be anymore polite. The management here knows what they’re doing. Being located so close to my office it’s a convenient stop for coffee anytime of day. Thank you and see you soon.

Terrible service. There were more than a few items on the menu that were not available, which I understand at a certain time of day but that is not a reason to be rude about it. Also, their «all day» breakfast is supposedly served until 5pm; I went at around 4:30 and she said they stopped doing it for the day. Finally got the one item they did have available, drove up to the window and it took the employee a few minutes to acknowledge me since she was on her phone.

I have yet to have good service at this location and I don’t know why I keep going back for more…
This was the last straw, you know, the one that broke the camel’s back (I’m the unfortunate camel in this situation…).
So I go through the drive through for breakfast and want a couple of simple things. A cinnamon bagel, not toasted, no cream cheese (so just the bagel by itself), a cheese bagel sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a large iced coffee.
She goes to repeat my order and says, «toasted cinnamon bagel, anything else?» so I repeat the correct order and I get the same response, «toasted cinnamon bagel, will that be all today?» and I repeat it one more time…
The lady taking the order clearly has an accent and there is an obvious language barrier here… Wouldn’t you think to hire someone with fluent English speaking skills for this position? I’m not saying to NOT hire her, I’m just saying to have her do something that better suits her skill set as this isn’t her forte.
So after her repeating my order back to me incorrectly again I tell her to cancel the order, I drove ¼ mile away to the McDonald’s, quickly ordered my food and iced coffee and went merrily on my way.
The lady wasn’t rude as the people at this location normally are, but she just was incapable of taking my order. Tim Horton’s, you’d better send someone from corporate to secret shop this location, I know that you’d be very surprised at what you find (unless you read reviews first… then you know it’s going to be bad).
Oh, one more thing. As for going here to use the wi-​fi to read or maybe do some work, FORGET ABOUT IT! Not only is the wi-​fi connection very poor (something’s probably wrong with the settings or something because I was the only person in there for this occasion) but the workers are insane! I swear they’re all high while working because they’re either yelling at each other or just clowning around so much that it’s so loud and obnoxious (nevermind the swearing…) that you can’t get anything done (and I had Bose noise canceling headphones on…). The black worker even yelled at me for using the wi-​fi too much after I was there for only about 10 minutes (and yes I ordered a drink and food). He was being so rude just to be cool in front of his friends that I really just couldn’t believe that it was happening!
Don’t go here unless you’re shopping for crystal meth, at least then you’ll be in the company of friends.

Bad and rude service almost every time I go here. Refused to take a Canadian nickle when I paid for my coffee. They made my breakfast sandwich wrong and then got upset with me when I took it back because I had taken a bite. I bought a can of decaf coffee once, the manager didn’t know the price so she made up $ 11. After I did some research, I went back up there and told them it should have been $ 7…(I forget now) and the manager got pissed at me. If I didn’t like there coffee I would never patronize this place again.
