I went to this place because the advertise that they have the best prices for labor around. I brought my car in and explained the problems I was having. They were not able to diagnose the problem but did give me a list of other parts I needed and at a very hefty price. I explained that I was able to get the parts for a much cheaper price and they do not allow you to do that. So in the end I paid them $ 190 to give me a diagnoses of a bunch of parts I needed for my air conditioner and brakes when I went in because my car was over heating. I ended up taking it somewhere else the same day and had it repaired with a few hours. Super tech auto was a total waste of money. The staff was very unfriendly as well.

Went in because my inner steering column was seizing up and needed to be replaced. They were able to get me in and out in a day, even though they needed to order the part from a dealer. The one star review is because they also said that my brakes were totally gone. The left caliper was seized up (they say) and that they didn’t want to release the car until the brakes were fixed, which they quoted $ 400 to fix, including pads, caliper and rotors, because they said that there were no pads left and I was grinding metal on metal and the rotors were shot. So, After they fixed the steering issue, I took it to another mechanic and he looked it over thoroughly. The caliper was totally fine. It creaked a bit when applying brakes, but that’s because of the pins that the caliper was mounted on. The rotors were in fine shape. Wanna know why? Because I wasn’t grinding metal on metal. In fact, I still had ample padding left on both front brakes.
I should also mention that when they did the steering job, they more than suggested that I would need a front end alignment after replacing the inner column. False. Just another way of ripping off customers. So, they wanted $ 650 for the steering column, labor and alignment (I passed on the alignment) and $ 400 for the brakes.
So, if you have tons of disposable income and you don’t mind having unnecessary work done on your car, this may be the garage for you.

My suggestion is to avoid this place at all cost. I had a very bad experience with this shop that ended up in a law suite. Good customer service? Well, if you like being charged for nothing… Or being yelled at by the owner… This is the place! I brought in my car with electric problems. It didn’t start. According to Super Tech my fuse box was bad. Got a new fuse box. After installation, car still didn’t start. Super Tech — «Your PCM is fried!» I went and bought a new PCM… They installed it. No result. Finally I towed the car away to the official dealership. Their diagnosis: the fuse box was installed incorrectly (by Super Tech), my old PCM is absolutely fine. Went back to Super Tech with a stupid idea that they owe me my money back… The owner (Jonathan R.) had a different idea and gave me his famous foam at the mouth… Now I’m suing him. I guess I’m not the only one…
