Pretty much the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Jullian was the only salesperson there, and you could tell he was loving it. He was having a conversation about girls and a weekend party with a friend on his Bluetooth headset through our ENTIRE interaction. We were going to add myself to my husband’s plan but think we’ll move him to my T-​Mobile instead.
