What a jackhole this guy is. One would think that if you ran a wine and liquor store, you would have a reasonable degree of knowledge pertaining to wines and liquors. One would think, but that is clearly not always the case, and this place is an exceptional example. One would also think that if you run a small community wine shop, that you wouldn’t be a dick to your customers. That, too, is clearly not always the case, and once again this wine shop is an example of it. There’s one guy who works here — younger, with dark hair — who is friendly and genuinely helpful. The other guy, who I assume is the owner/manager, is the complete opposite. When I asked him if he had any honey wine(aka mead), he had no idea what it was and reacted as though I was insane to have the audacity to ask him about it. I’ve had other experiences here that were pretty much along the same lines: ask him a question, get treated like you’re an asshole for expecting him to waste his time helping you. I can’t imagine that’s going to help build customer loyalty, broseph. I have no problem going elsewhere.
