Thank you, Nichols! On the coldest day of the year(today) my furnace stopped working. After troubleshooting common problems and scouring YouTube for help, I decided to call the professionals. I thought I needed to buy a new part, but after talking to them on the phone, it turns out my problem was much easier to fix. I was able to fix the problem on my own and my home is warm again. My reason for the positive review was the way my call was handled. Too many businesses are more worried about making money than actually helping people. Nichols was different. I mentioned on the phone that I understand they make their money doing service calls and repairing things on their own, and that I apologize for asking them DIY questions. They said they were more concerned with making sure my family had heat and that they were glad to help. Good people are hard enough to find, but a good business is almost impossible. Nichols is both.

Fantastic Service. Called November 30th and received service the same day. Tim my assigned repair man called in advance of arrival and was very professional on the phone and in my home. He seemed to know everything about my make and model Furnace. He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it inside of 30 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and I decided it was worth every penny. I have used Nichols over the past 20 years and have never had a bad experience!
