Right form the get go I’ve always maintained excellent quality service and installations. As owner I am a Michigan Licensed Mechanical Contractor with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Climate Control Technology.

Started in 1984, as sole proprietor, I’ve stayed small to give the best service and installation you could pay for. I’m accountable, not 10 other people you get lost with in a large company. One call, It’s me! From small jobs to Large Commercial Jobs that need Cranes or Helicopters. We’ve done it.

In the business since 1976, and as stated before, I hold and Associates Degree in Applied Science in Climate Control Technology. Many Certificates from Honneywell, Copeland Compressors, Weil Mclain Boilers, Rapid Engineering Direct Gas Fired Equipment, Bryant, Heat Controller school of Geo-​Thermal, Ward Flex piping. I use tooling in sheet metal fabrication, Electronic Diagnostic Equipment, Read Electrical Wiring Schematics, Read Blue Prints, Custom Design Ductwork, In Commercial Rooftop work, use Cranes and Helicopters for setting equipment, Rebuild HVAC Systems, Run gas lines, refrigerant lines, electrical conduits. From Residential Homes, Commercial buildings and Stores, Apartment complexes, Condo’s. I’ve done a lot.
