At Giles Contracting, our goal is to not only help you design and build your dream home, addition or home renovation, but to make the process easy and enjoyable for you. We are a full-​service design/​build/​renovation company with a wide range of experience. We have custom built several Sub Divisions throughout Michigan. We can help you with all phases of new home construction, remodeling and insurance restoration: finding/​procuring suitable land, architecture and design, building your home and renovation projects.

Business Owner

Graduate Andover HS in Bloomfield. Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance & Accounting from Western Michigan University. Started doing construction at the age of 18 while in College working for a builder. When I graduated college, I continued working for the builder. I also took a job in finance at AT&T, later moving to K-​Mart Headquarters. During this period I obtained my Michigan Builders License, while continuing to start up my own business by 1989. Decided the Construction trade was my passion, and chose to leave the corporate world and pursue Building & Remodeling full time. I’ve built several home, several sub divisions. I’ve done countless Kitchens & Bathrooms. Finished basements, Decks, ETC. I started taking classes getting certified such as Mold mitigation, IICRC, LEAD based paint just to name a few. This is where I started expanding into the Disaster Restoration/​Insurance Restoration industry which has led me to where I am today with my company.
