I’m not going to say its the best Chinese food. But to satisfy a craving and drive thru, its decent. I will say the panda bowl I got yesterday, Beijing Beef and fried rice was SUPER good yesterday! Seemed very fresh, hot, and just all around good:) I wish it was consistently that good:)

So I just left the store in Watauga, Texas and asked how fresh the food was as it was horrible on my previous visit. Daisy informed me there was too much in the pan to make a fresh order but it wasn’t very fresh. I asked when do they dump it at what time and she said I quote–«we just wait until it looks old and disgusting before we toss it»!!! I asked her what is the time limit and she said there wasn’t one. I know for a fact this is not true. She continued to say there was no limit– it was based on how much was left and dismissed me. Said I could call corporate and complain if I felt I needed to. Un– believable. Well I certainly feel the need to. I go here often and cannot believe this answer let alone her condescending dismissive attitude. I am truly appalled at her answers to my questions as well as her lack of professionalism.

Panda is the best in Texas! I came to grab dinner quickly and ended up waiting 8 minutes in the drive up. The cashier was super kind. The area was clean and organized. The food was hot and fresh. Thank you Panda!

Don’t get the ribs!!! Rip off I paid 1.50 extra for a plate and all I really got was a pound a rice and 5 small pieces of meat.

Wow. This is the 2nd time I ordered the teriyaki chicken, & I get home and there is no teriyaki sauce. The chicken is completely dry without the sauce. The first time I ordered it and they didn’t put it in the bag I called and they told me, sorry we ran out of the little cups to put the sauce in. I said why didn’t you tell me? They had no response. Then this evening my husband brings the food home and surprise surprise, no teriaki sauce for the chicken. I drive all the way back there and politely tell them what happened, and don’t even get 1 apology. This place sucks. Worst customer service ever. Will never eat here again. Hire new employees.

Ok, so today around 9:33pm I pulled up to this location… let me remind you that this place closes at 10 o clock pm. I have done this several of times and they say they claim on Sundays they close AT9:30… I then asked for the manager and they said he/she wasn’t there… I need your feed back what should I do next time(very hungry person)?

Panda is better than most places around here. The food is mediocre but the service is fast and friendly. And instead of rice or noodles you can get veggies. Hey hey.

I have eaten Panda Express for years at numerous locations. Unfortunately this location has been a complete disappointment. The food has always missed the mark. After several tries we just stopped going. The food has always tasted like it’s been under the heat lamp for hours. I understand it’s fast food but I’ve not had this lack of quality at other locations.

It’s OK I guess for chinese… very overpriced for the quality. Better options available at hole in the wall Chinese joints. It is pre made drive through food… order from a local joint where it is made fresh

This location stinks. The food is often cold/stale, or burnt to a crisp. I’ve also witnessed them cleaning the floor and the food prep counters with the same rag. Sucks, because Panda Express is decent in general, but this location gives it a bad name.

You can get better quality food at the same price at Pei Wei which is just a few minutes away. The orange chicken has been inconsistent in spiciness of sauce and I have gotten several entrees that haven’t been hot.

About the same price, but not even close to as good as… Wait for it… Pei Wei! Why go here unless you have no Pei Wei in your area. this location is one minute from a great Pei Wei location. We had some good times, but I think this is goodbye Panda Express.

Back in the day I thought Panda Express was great — until my eyes were opened to a wider variety of Asian restaurants. *coughPeiWeicough* Then I realized how bland everything is here in comparison. However, I do love their Orange Chicken!

Panda Express used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant chain… until I discovered Pei Wei. They’re about the same price, but Pei Wei has so much higher quality it’s ridiculous. Panda is basically the McDonald’s compared to Pei Wei’s In-n-Out. Don’t get me wrong… I love, love, love Panda Express’ chow mein, orange chicken and mandarin chicken. Kung Pao chicken was also good, but I ate one of the peppers on it one time and it was BYFAR the spiciest thing I’ve ever tasted.(I literally cried my eyes out because of a pepper, and I never cry because of spice.) Basically, it’s definitely good if you want a quick Asian food fix, but I’d recommend Pei Wei over them every time.

This Panda Express has its ups and downs. I have had really good Kung Pao chicken and really bad KPC here. I think it has to do in how long after a batch is made that you place your order. They make 2-gallon batches of the food at a time instead of cooking to order. I like the veggie mix in the KPC and it is spicy enough to get your attention. The veggie spring rolls sit under a heat lamp after frying a batch, so again, the quality of the food depends on when you get there. AVOID the drive-through! One of ever 3 orders has been wrong. Go inside and there is never a problem. The food here could easily be on the 3 – 4 star level if they cooked food to order.
