It’s been many years since I’ve eaten here. I had an omelette just the way I like it with hash browns Kansas City style and a pecan pancake. Everything was very good and I have breakfast for tomorrow morning as well.

Great place for family breakfast or lunch. Really busy, because it’s so popular and the food is pretty good also. A old school coffee shop atmosphere, kinda like New York/​Seattle places with Texan feel. Wait is 5 – 10 minutes in busy days but other than that you shouldn’t have to wait a lot. Try it

The best open-​faced chili burger anywhere. And pies to die for. The service is unmatched and we love the friendly family atmosphere. We go mostly to the one in Mansfield and it’s always a treat. I can remember the first family restaurant in Irving, Tx. Their quality and integrity has remained steadfast through the years.

This place is a gem. This is home cook food. Love the breakfast & the specials are very reasonable. I would take this place over Denny’s or I hop. I love the stuff avocado & stuff tomato, I’m always looking for calorie count but my husband go“s for the breakfast & is never disappointed. The cornbread is great & of course you can just stop in for coffee & a slice of amazing pie. I tried the German chocolate pie & it was great.(blew my calories there) but they do offer a few that are sugar free! The waitress are helpful & friendly. I would really recommend you try this place out.

I love Joe’s pies. I preordered a coconut cream pie to take home for the Christmas holidays. Every morsel was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait til next Christmas holidays so I can order another pie.

Husband and I have been to Joe’s 3 times now and each time we leave satisfied. On our first visit we ordered biscuits&gravy to go with our meals and was a bit disappointed. My husband is a biscuit&gravy addict, so he is pretty picky on how the gravy should taste. The gravy at Joe’s is pretty bland and the biscuits were dry. However, everything else we’ve tried has been delicious.

We have been here quite a few times and absolutely love the food and service. The waitresses are always smiling and keep your coffee full. French Toast is amazing! Hash browns are buttery good! Eggs always cooked to perfection (we get sunny side up, of course)! Everything is just so good here.
Always greeted with a smile and seated within 10 – 15 minutes. This place is always popping in the morning, so be prepared to wait a few (and yes, it’s definitely worth the wait!).
It’s the place you want to be for breakfast!

Eh it’s typical southern breakfast fair. Our usual breakfast joint was packed so tried this place on the reviews. Very busy and friendly staff, but I don’t get the rave reviews. My pork chop was over cooked, eggs were cooked correctly, and hash browns weren’t too greasy. Gravy was a little bland, but hubby ate all his breakfast. If I lived in the area would still eat here but not making the trip past out usual joint.

We really enjoy our weekly adventure to Joe’s Coffeehouse. It is a casual restaurant. I would not change to any other coffeehouse restaurant. Excellent and friendly waitstaff offers unlimited coffee. Joe’s Coffeehouse also offers a quality Friday luncheon all you can eat catfish meal along with other plates of enjoyable American. I find the prices reasonable.

Local place been around 20 Years now I eaten here many times I cannot believe I never did a review, 1st off it’s a somewhat dated an old pizza place many years ago it’s comfortable and friendly a lot of the older group eats here and enjoys their coffee here, There breakfast is all good it’s southern gravy, biscuits, sausage etc. Lunch is standard fare roast beef, hamburgers, sandwiches it’s all good but breakfast is normally the reason to go. They have great pies and the prices are as good as you will fine, portions served is adequate. Me and the wife can have breakfast, coffee and 1 piece of pie for around 20.00 bucks and leave full every time.

My kids and I went for brunch today! We read all of the great reviews and decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. We were greeted and seated promptly. We were constantly being checked on. Our food was delicious And to top it off, they were celebrating their 20th anniversary. We won the raffle for free pies for a year. But since we are from Austin, we decided to get a slice a pie for eveyone at our table. It was definitely a treat.

Came here after church on Sunday morning. SUPER busy, but they are fair with the tables. Worth the wait! I got a chicken fried steak sandwich and ate the WHOLE thing! Steak was tender, served with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. The bun was the perfect size and the meat didn’t fall out like some large sandwiches. They have a homemade pepper sauce that was the perfect touch!
My dad got a patty melt and liked it just fine.
Will get breakfast next time.
Reasonably priced, but again a long wait if you are there for lunch.

This is my second visit here for breakfast, I again ordered the big bird breakfast. I chose bacon, eggs over medium, hash browns and pancakes both times, and both times they were great! If it works don’t fix it right? This is a hometown café. People are laughing, telling stories, meeting with old friends and the like. The waitresses are sweet and friendly. The service is fast. It is a comfortable place for comfort food. If you are from the «All about me» generation, you may not like it because they don’t have «whole milk, triple venti, 2 pump vanilla latte with 1 pump of mocha» but It is my new breakfast choice now that I live near here. I haven’t tried anything other than breakfast, but I’m seldom around here at lunch. But you never know.

Hurry up and get in my belly! I look forward to stopping here for a late breakfast after every early morning round of golf. I actually found this place by accident and I sure am glad I did.
This place is amost like a mini dive restaurant with an old school diner feel. It gets crowded on weekend morning like any great breakfast joint but after 11 it seems to slow down. The waitresses are all very friendly and your order comes in a hurry. I have never waited very long and its a pretty quick in and out experience. They do serve lunch and dinner but I have never gotten anything besides breakfast so cant comment on that. But its breakfast all day here baby for me!
I have never been diappointed at Joes for my Big bird or early bird breakfast. The eggs and pancakes have been perfect every time. Major props to the Joes crew for consistantly delivering for Big Hustla!

First time going here. And we will be back.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was great! I got the vegetable omelet. It was good even with the unique added ingredient. They put gravy in it! My husband got the Big Bird. And I took a bite of his sausage patty and I was jealous I didn’t order it. It was cooked perfectly and the texture was great. Coffee was great too. We can’t wait to go back and try something else.

This is not IHOP. This is not Denny’s. This is a small town coffee shop with serious breakfast. Great price, for good home cooked food. The customers are on the older side so things move a little slower when you are in here.
Our servers were great. They checked on our table multiple times and made sure we were not without.
