This used to be a good place but has gone downhill for the last year. Clothes go out with stains still on them, and aren’t ready when promised. Call ahead today about dry cleaning and was told they were ready. Got there and clothes were still in laundry bag. Do Not go to this business. Positive reviews must be fakes.

1st time using this place. it is the closest to my house. dropped off 4 shirts and 4 pants to be dry cleaned. Went to go pick it all up and was told 1st it was not ready. Then i was told it was picked up already. Then they found the shirts but not the pants. All was found and they all look great but i don’t think it is worth the risk of going back.

I’ve used this place a couple of times and they’re okay at best. But this last time I dropped off my kids Taekwondo uniforms to have a patch sewn on the arm and it took them a week longer than what they told me. Then when I went to go pick them up they tried to give me a story that my wife had already picked them up when indeed they still had them and just needed more time to fix their mistake because I sewed the patch in the wrong area. I probably won’t use these people again and think they could use some stronger management.

Good service and good staff. I’ve been sending my clothes here for a few years now and have not run into any issues. The prices are very fair too. I would definitely recommend.

Update. in addition to somehow hiding my first review about losing my clothes, they lost my clothes AGAIN. This time, we haven’t been able to locate any of them and they have offered pretty terrible customer service to even communicate about it. Staffer kept saying the owner would «call me». I called 3x over 3 weeks before she called me back. The owner is sweet but cannot seem to get control of this business, she just blames her employees for everything, who she constantly seems to be hiring and firing. She has offered a credit IF I USE THEM AGAIN, but I can’t handle the repeated mistakes at such a high price. Bye bye DCSC. After 10 yrs loyal to this chain, I’m out…
