Drive Thru Vapors

Won’t go back first visit and the juice burnt my coil called to tall to them about they said it’s you not us. Great customer service. I’ve been vaping for a couple of years I know what I’m doing and I spend some cash just won’t be here.

Nice shop plenty of merchandise! I need my coil to be rebuilt! Had the young red headed gentleman rebuild it! As rebuilding it he starts messing with my mod! He tweaks it, so it stops working then he try’s to sell me one for a $ 105.00. Tell him can’t afford it so he rebuilds my coil! I have had this mod for 2 months I know how it works! Mod was not working when I left store! Went out to car and moved stuff back where it used to be. Fired right up! Coil rebuild is junk! Very horrible rebuild! The younger gentleman is very cocky! Thinks he a vapping God! Would recommend this place to a novice user! Guy try’s to trick people into buy stuff not need! Lot of nice stuff in store! I will not return!!!

We had a friend in from Atlanta who smokes a pack per day and decided he wanted to start vaping. We are new in our area so we tried Drive Thru Vapors based on Unilocal reviews and had a great experience.
The interior is colorfully lit, mainly blues. Upon entry, I was flooded with a haze of sweet-​smelling cloud, as is typical of vapor shops. Drive Thru Vapors mixes a large number flavors of their own oils, well cataloged in several easy to access, rotating trays with charged e-​cigs available for use. They make their oils in-​house and have a huge selection.
My friend is a complete newb. So, he had lots questions which the staff patiently and informatively answered. Vaping is more complex than it may seem: tank, batteries, voltage, nicotene levels matched with voltage, cloud quantity, flavors, cleaning, charging. At the end, my friend had a great product and was very happy.
My girlfriend is a vape expert. I don’t do it, but have observed that the relationship between a vaper and their store is personal. Smokers and former smokers share a sense of community. I’ve found that the staff in a Vapor store typically feels genuine concern for those who are trying to quit smoking. We felt in good hands at Drive Thru Vapors. My girlfriend said that the juice they bought there was less smooth than her typical supplier. It «bit the back of the throat». She will have a hard time letting go of her old shop, but as we left she said «we’ll have to come back here.» Win for Drive Thru Vapors.

I would give this negative stars if I could. Andrea who claims she is the owner, but probably more like the janitor, was rude, highly unprofessional and a slut. She looked like a cheap whore and gave terrible service. She obviously has no education and experience in being a business owner. She knows no customer service and treat guests like trash. They have the worst selection of vapors in the DFW area. Their prices are cheap because so is there product. I will never visit there again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. Stay away. There are a million other better vapor stores close by with excellent service and products.

Was great visiting the store! And what a huge selection of flavors they have! The crew working were great and helped pick out just the right flavors for us! I’ll definitely be back!

It’s a shame this company could care less about the vaping community or customer servIce. I won a contest from them on Facebook, and messaged them twice and left a message on their page. They never would answer me, and refused to honor my win, EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY THE SHIPPING! What kind of people won’t even acknowledge you. And there is no excuse for it, they have a website that offers shipping, so they are even already set up for it. Just out for the likes on their page, no follow through. I will sadly be reporting them to Facebook as well as leaving a review on Unilocal and Google :(

Love they are open 24 – 7. HUGE selection of vapors plus able to mix my own up. HUGE selection of batteries and tanks and other mods for a good price. Plus the people who work there really know what they are talking about when it comes to this stuff, no BS here! Straight forward guys! Only place I go for my stuff!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. A fantastic selection of everything you could possibly want, and a great way to sample all their liquids. I’ll definitely be back!

Places like this are why I prefer small businesses. All the employees are friendly, very knowledgeable and open to share advice. I walked several months ago knowing nothing about vapor cigarettes and they were fully accommodating to helping me find the right equipment, flavors and nicotine levels to suite my needs, and it’s since grown from a habit to a hobby. They have a fully stocked bar with all their current in house mixed flavors and you can sit there and try them all if you want. Many of their vapors are exclusive in house mixtures, which also keeps me coming back. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and it’s the only vapor shop I go to.
