I was referred by one of my friends. I always give any new vendors the 3P test and they passed with flying colors! Prompt, professional, and perfect! Thanks for taking the time to explain what was happening and providing the most efficient route to get it resolved. I definitely will use you guys again.

These guys are great! They are polite, punctual, reasonable prices and knowledgable. I’m SO GLAD I ignored the bad reviews.
I had a refrigerator that was not cooling at all. I called up Appliance Connection and the woman on the phone was very polite. She said they could send someone out THAT day! Great! Most places told me next week.
They got here ON TIME! The tech knew right away what the problem might be and told me it would be about $ 280 in all. It was a broken coil. They replaced it in only a couple hours and it was only $ 295 for parts and labor! They also told me they guarantee a one year warranty on their parts :-)
Thanks guys! I’ll def be calling you the next time an appliance craps out on me!

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the other reviews on this site. I checked prices at Texas Appliance and I’m glad I called Appliance Connection. Not only were their prices competitive they helped me pick out the perfect washer and dryer for our needs. They were friendly and even stayed open late to help. I’m not sure where those other people went that left reviews here but I am very happy with my experience and will be going to them for all of my appliance needs. Thank you Appliance Connection you guys rock!

Extremely disappointed. Not sure what happen to this place. I bought some great appliances from them 3 years ago and they were so nice and helpful. SO after moving back to Texas and needing a washer/​dryer I looked them up as I trusted them and figured I’d get a good deal.
I went in twice and was treated as though I was annoying them. They didn’t even try to help me really. It was such a bad experience that I swore I’d never set foot in there again.
It seems they went to all New and no used or scratch and dent appliances. But they don’t seem to know sales very well.
Hope this saves people a lot of trouble, stay away!

OK…this is why you NEVER want to call a contractor based on your needs and a phone number on a moving truck.
Have been needing an appliance repair company for some time… according to my wife, have needed them since we bought the appliance, but that is another story.
Driving down the highway and pass the Appliance Connection truck… tada! Called the number off the big green truck and was immediately booked for an appointment the very next day as «they had a technician in the area». So far so good. Appointment time set between 12−3pm. OK, I am in the service business and have actually been a general contractor so I understand the need for a «service window». Kinda chops up my day, but hey, I needed them. So I rearrange my schedule and plan to be home from 12−3pm. The service day comes, and around 1pm I call them to confirm the appointment (sorry, 30 years in the service business and it is just habit). Things do happen. No problem I was told. I was «on the list», and «he was already in the area on his other job». He might be running late though, but it is all good. I am smiling. :)
I get back to the house around 1pm, settle into my home office (the dining room table) and get to work. At 3pm my wife asks «Are they still coming?» Relax, I say. They told me between 12−4pm and might be a little late. Still it is all good. 4pm comes and goes. I am not worried. 5pm comes and my wife (bless her helpful little heart) asks «Is „your guy“ still coming?» I hear the slight annoyance in her tone. Now he is «my guy» and the blame starts to shift… I call their office «just to check». No answer. Of course. It is 5pm on Saturday. What am I thinking? As I write this it is 6:32pm. No «my guy» and no phone call to say…“Hey, just kidding, still coming and will be there in about 15 minutes”…dead silence… especially from my wife.
So I am thinking, has customer service died with my g-​g-​g-​g-​generation? What happened to good manners? Where are the mothers and fathers? Are my expectations just too high? Hey… how about a phone call? Not sure how to use a phone? How about an email or text message? Come on… I do this and teach this for a living.
Ok. I digress. I know that this is my fault. I actually KNOW better. I pay the fee for A-​list. I read the customer reviews on Amazon and sometimes post. I deal with this every day and have for decades. So, Appliance Connection, no worries. Just one more lost customer. However, with the advent of the internet this one little customer can now reach out and «touch someone (s)».
So be afraid… be very afraid. Run. Do not walk from these folks. There are some really good companies out there… I think. It is now 6:42pm. I have wasted almost 6 hours. OK, well not really wasted. I was able to write this nice review and open a very nice bottle of cabernet. Of course, my wife is glaring at me. Tomorrow will not be pretty. :)

I called to ask if they work on Thermador refrigerators. They said yes– came out, charged me and said the work would be under warranty. Then I called Thermador. They are NOT an approved Thermador repair company. So I wasted my money and have to start all over with someone that IS approved. Dishonest.

This place is dishonest. The guy came out changed a fuse and told us to get the vents cleaned. And for that charged us $ 250.which was fine. So cleaned out the vent went to turn on the dryer and the fuse had blown again. We called the guy back out and they charged us another $ 150 bucks saying they do not warranty the parts, obviously they don’t warranty their work either because they were kind enough to charge us for Labor again… Shop around this place ripped us off. Poor excuse for service.

Do not be persuaded by their competitive prices. Pay a little extra and just buy your appliance from reputable retailer like Lowe’s or Sears. Their customer service is terrible an

Run away as fast as you can! Hired them to fix my washer. Came out and didn’t do anything because they said they would need to send two men AND charge me extra because my appliances are stacked. Came back «fixed» my washer. The next day we started to do laundry and our laundry room flooded. They wouldn’t come back. Had to hire someone to come out on a Saturday. Cost me another $ 179 and these jerks would not reimburse me. They are crooks. Stay away!!!

We had a problem with our washer and dishwasher. The appointment setting was easy to accommodate and the technician was on-​time, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Both items were back up and running within the hour. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing appliance repairs!

Here is who NOT to call for appliance repair in this area.
Originally scheduled Saturday morning, called an hour before due to arrive and said they were not working this weekend and rescheduled for Tuesday between 8 – 10 AM. Showed up at 10:30.
Spent 15 minutes checking out washing machine — found no problem (it was working again by the time he arrived); charged $ 72.
2 loads later — washer broke (same scenario + smell of overheating motor); called to get someone back out here.
NOT AVAILABLE till Friday & no weekends and never after 4pm. And yet their website says available within 2 hrs of any call. LYING S.O.B.s!!!

I shopped @ Appliance Connection this and last November and both experiences are horrible!!! Prices we paid were good I have to admin but the service is just terrible!!!
Last year we were working with a contractor and had deadlines for the appliance to be delivered so contractor could install them. The delivery of our items were slow and the communication was terrible.
This year is even worse! I placed the order on ¹¹⁄₂₃ and so far, I still have no clue when the items are going to be delivered! The worse part is that the only reason we ordered through Appliance Connection are the rebates and there is a $ 200 rebate that we can’t apply until we receive the item to have the serial #. I called Appliance Connection many many times but their service was horrible — the last man I talked througth he was doing me a huge favor by offering me $ 15 rebate to make up the fact that THEIR HUGE DELAY IN DELIVERY causing me the $ 200 rebate.
NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR THE DELAY IN DELIVERY AT ALL AND THE SERVICE WAS JUST TERRIBLE. I was told to contact the shipping company but for 3 straight days I called, no one was able to tell me when the delivery will be made and their service is just as terrible!
I do not recommend this place at all unless you don’t need the items for 1+ month and the rebates are not favors in the purchase decision.

I was robbed! Not literally but I was charged $ 170 for them to take out lent from the vent in the exterior wall and then replace the vent flap. I did not expect this kind of service since I had used them once before. The labor was over $ 100 for less than an hour’s worth of work! I definitely will not be using them again!

Great. They are willing to help with any questions free of charge. They got rid of our non working refrigerator without any problems. Nice people that work there and just a great start for a newer business.
