These guys are much friendlier than most cleaning services. When I’ve pointed out areas they’ve missed, Ruth addresses it with a smile which goes a long way compared to other services whose workers either argue or show attitude. At first, Ruth’s cleaning was superb however, over time, their service is really not much better than other companies I’ve tried yet I’m paying $ 30 more every two weeks. I have to constantly point out that they miss cleaning glass doors, glass cabinet doors, wood cabinet doors, etc. If she can come up with a better system of listing all the focus areas of her customers and make sure her crew addresses them every time, I would give her 5 stars. For now, 3 stars is fair.

I work full time and just started graduate school and my husband works 60 hours a week, so we’ve struggled to maintain our tiny place. We also have 2 cats that tend to increase fur tumbleweeds, not to mention when they get overzealous in the litterbox. Basically, we needed help. The duo came over for the first time today (my bad that I didn’t catch their names) and I can’t thank them enough. It looks spotless in our apartment and in places I wouldn’t have even thought about. They did a great job and spent longer than I would have expected. This is an incredible help to us and their service is worth every penny!

I wish I could give a review of the service. I simply never received a follow up call after my inquiry. I left a voicemail one week, filled out the online form the next week, and even got the automated email saying someone would contact me.
Nothing.
I’m adding a star just because I’m sure they do a great job– maybe they’re just too busy for new customers.

Victor and Ruth do an excellent job cleaning. They did our house monthly, and when we moved they did our move out clean. We were already out of state, so they worked with us to get in the house, payment and also sending pictures of what was done so we could see. They were excellent, their prices were fair, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I hired Ruth’s team based on the high ratings on Unilocal 6 months ago and I have not been disappointed. They are consistent and clean my house every two weeks. I have had a lot of different cleaning companies in the past and those other companies always become sloppy over time. I can honestly say Ruth and her helper have always been thorough at cleaning my house. I recommend her team to anyone that is unhappy with their current cleaning company.

We Clean Your House is the absolute best in the area, seriously. On initial inquiry Victor was very helpful in helping me find the plan most suitable for our cleaning needs. Upon meeting Ruth and team I instantly felt comfortable with them cleaning our house. We’ve been getting weekly cleanings by Ruth for over a year in two different apartment locations and absolutely love the team! We tried several other companies before but WCYH is reliable, friendly and thorough… we love them!

These guys did a very good job cleaning my house for me before I moved in.
They did the cleaning while I wasn’t there so I wasn’t able to go over what I wanted done with them, so maybe the 4 star rating would have been 5 had I been there to explicitly cover everything. But they did a very good job. They cleaned baseboard, window sills, and even inside my oven. But they missed my dishwasher (not sure if that is normal or not) and some floor space in my laundry.
Again, I was very happy overall, just wish I could have been there to talk in person. I would definitely use these guys again.

I needed a last minute moving-​out clean up, and went to Unilocal to start my search for a good company. I selected We Clean Your House Dot Com and was pleasantly surprised by their employees’ responsiveness, attention to detail, follow through and overall quality of work. Before the cleaning crew left, they asked me to check their work to make sure I was happy, which I thought was a nice touch and a rarity, in this day and age. From beginning to end, a great experience that I will recommend going forward. The price was fair, too. Well done!

Ruth and her wonderful helper have been coming to clean my home for the last several months and I can’t say enough. I have a very particular boyfriend and we have nice things. He was very weary about letting someone into our home to clean it that we did not know. When I called the phone number, Victor helped me and he was very thorough. He asked a lot of questions and called me back with a very fair price for my first cleaning and then gave me a couple prices for upkeep depending on how often I planned on having them come clean. I scheduled immediately and it was very easy to find a time that worked.
As soon as I met Ruth, I immediately liked her. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely friendly. They have done an amazing job and are 100% trustworthy. They clean our home as if it were their own and take such pride in it. After each cleaning, Ruth will ask me to walk around the house and check to make sure I am 100% satisfied with their work because that is their goal. I just love that. I would recommend them to anyone that asks and I have already told neighbors about their service. I am 100% satisfied.

We decided to use this company based on their Unilocal reviews and we are glad we did. The communication was great and the price was very reasonable. We have used other cleaning services before and they did the best job by far. We always check on how good of a job companies do by looking at the baseboards as they seem to be overlooked quite frequently. Not only did they pass the «white glove inspection» but they even were able to get the inside oven better than what we could. Would def. use again and recommend.
