Sophie Nails

I called to make an appointment for a mani/​pedi but waited about 25 minutes before they got to me. I was serviced by the older lady who treated me like a widget-​both services took less than 40 minutes. I was really looking forward to a relaxing time and instead I got a rush job. My toe nails are uneven, she didn’t clean up the extra polish and my feet looked worse than they did when I came in. She barely scrubbed them! When she was finished with the pedi she rushed me over to the dryer but I reminded her that I had another service. I got French nails. I pointed out several nails where polish was missing and she didn’t clean up the clear polish area very well. When I brought it to her attention, she ignored some things I pointed out. I told her that she needed to slow down. She told me about the big rush they had earlier and how she hadn’t eaten (she was kinda shaky). Cry me a river that you’re profitable! Hire more people and take a lunch break! What a waste of $ 45. I am very disappointed.
