History
Established in 2013.
The history of Pizza Nostalgia itself is brief, but the inspiration dates back hundreds of years ago in Italy. The way that chefs would prepare pizza was much different that what we experience today. There is so much complexity in today’s pizza joints, that most people often miss just how «perfect» simple is.
Pizza Nostalgia is simple. «Pizza… The way it used to be.»
We use only fresh ingredients and make everything to order! There isn’t even a freezer in the building, and that’s the truth!
Meet the Business Owner
Mario R.
Business Owner
Executive Chef Mario Randazzo began his culinary career early in life. Wanting to be an executive chef was part of his dream. He studied culinary throughout high school and college, and in the summer of 2012 was able to intern in Rome, Italy. While in Rome, Mario learned the secrets to creating the best wood-oven pizza possible. Combine that with inspiration from his father, Mario was taught that using only fresh ingredients and not cutting any corners is the only way to do it.
