Established in 1989.

We take a personal interest in the environment both inside and out. What started as a Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Company now has three divisions, including Stonework and Gardenscaping. We have highly trained staff that is friendly and efficient and we work for the right price. Our stone masons are so skilled, they restore historic brick buildings back to their original state and we are honored to have been involved in some of historical buildings in Peoria Illinois. Joyce Harris, CEO of Personal Touch Service Solutions is passionate about the environment and making sure it’s clean inside and beautiful outside. While Gardenscaping is her creative outlet, the commercial cleaning division is primary, because a first impression for your customers can only be made once. While many downtown and surrounding Peoria area businesses benefit from her knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry, her residential customers love what she does for their homes!
