I found Ken via internet search. We were in need of a home inspector in a short notice and more importantly it was over a weekend. He was very responsive, returned my call with in 5 minutes on a Saturday and scheduled the inspection for the next day (Sunday). He was very professional, thorough and personable. Ken took the time to go over every detail and did a great job giving us his professional opinion. His detailed report was received within hours, including all the pictures he took with a nice narrative of his findings. We HIGHLY recommend him for your next home inspection needs.

I initially went with Kenneth based on his great Redfin reviews, low rates, and ability to come out for an inspection with less than 24 hours notice. As another reviewer put it, he’s like a guy straight off HGTV (the Good, the Bad, and the UGLY) — this guy knows his stuff. Kenneth has construction experience and it shows. He even went out of his way to fix small things (loose screws etc) during the inspection. I would advise you to accompany Kenneth on his inspection to get helpful tid-​bits on DIY repairs, replacing filters, etc. Would highly recommend Kenneth to help you make sure the biggest purchase of your life is a safe bet.

Ken is fantastic. He’s upfront about his role, which is to provide a thorough and accurate assessment of the house you’re looking at, not to congratulate you on a good choice. Ken steered us away from a house that looked fantastic but had a number of hidden safety issues – later down the line we learned that the house’s gas lines had to be shut down due to toxic carbon monoxide levels. Beyond his inspection expertise, we appreciated that Ken would supplement his observations with rough cost estimates and suggestions for how certain things could be fixed, giving us a solid idea of how to move forward.
