History

Established in 2014.

GuestPrep was started by two Airbnb hosts who could not find the right service partners to help run our properties, so in the end we decided to create the service ourselves.

We now service short term rental hosts in Washington DC, Austin TX and Denver CO to make hosting as easy as possible.

I started renting my place out on AirBnB as a host about 2 years ago and quickly realized that while the extra income was fantastic, the cleaning and laundry that goes along with regular guests is a real hassle!

The standard residential cleaning companies did not understand quite what I needed and the pricing was prohibitively high — having talked to a number of other hosts about this problem it was obvious there was a gap in the market for an Airbnb cleaning service and so GuestPrep was born!

What we offer is a 5* Hotel Standard turndown service, that will come to your home. We clean and can offer freshly laundered linens and towels for your guests, for each reservation.
