STAY AWAY!!! The woman who answered the phone was SO incredibly rude I could never even imagine treating anyone that way let alone a potential customer! I said thank you and tried to get off the phone and she just continued to lecture me that I don’t know what I am talking about. I’m still in shock and have never had such horrible customer service in my life!

These guys are very easy to work with. I’ve worked with them 3 or 4 times over the years. Their men are pleasant, couteous and promptly. Highly recommended.

I spoke with them a week and a half in advance for pickup and moving my items in one day (or next day delivery). I received a call today, 4 days before my move-​in, stating that they don’t want to make 2 runs to Vegas so they won’t be taking my stuff! When I told her (Kathy?) that I wish I had known that last week when we agreed to the move and that I will be posting about this on Unilocal,she said (this is a direct quote) «There was no agreement, you don’t have it in writing.» So incredibly rude! I’m sorry, but I believe a verbal agreement is just as important as a written one. That horrible attitude brought what would have been a 3 star review (the quoted price I was given was very good) down to a 1. Someone needs a lesson in customer service! Now how am I supposed to find a mover just 4 days before my move-​in date?
Summary: if you actually want your items moved, go with a different company!
