Already wrote a review on Google Maps, but thought, since I just opened this account, this would be a great place to post this. Anyway…
When our AC went out, he was there the next afternoon. His prices were VERY reasonable. I know this because, as I was talking to our homeowner warranty people, the associate on the phone was quite surprised at the price he was charging me for diagnosing, fixing, and cleaning my AC unit. I’m sure they deal with a lot of repair companies.
Aside from price, he was very knowledgeable, and spent a good deal of time showing me what to do to keep my unit running smoothly.
Of course, this wouldn’t be an honest review if I didn’t mention something negative – well, maybe negative. It seems that he brought his little daughter along. I know some might find this a little odd, and maybe slightly unprofessional, but we thought it was kinda sweet. She’s a precocious little girl. And, hey, what’s a body to do when your daughter just got out of day-​care? We just let her watch Tarzan, and all was well. :) Anyway, take from that what you will; I, for one, felt it made for a fun and more personable experience.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service we received. I never thought I’d be so glad to see my house at 86 degrees until I saw what it was like at 94. By the end of the day, we were back to normal room temperatures. Hurray! And for a very reasonable price – can’t beat that.
Oh, and I’m not sure if I should mention this, cause I’m sure he doesn’t do it for everyone, but he gave us a couple of movie tickets so that we could go to the movies and sit in AC while we wait for our house to cool off. That was pretty thoughtful! Now, what your case needs to be in order to obtain these tickets, I’m not sure. Probably depends on how hot your house is, and how nice you are to him while he works. Maybe it depends on if you are willing to watch his daughter while he works. /:]
