Cat Sitting

— Your choice of 30 minute or 1 hour visits. We’ll provide litter box maintenance, food, water, special needs, and best of all: lots of love and play time. Your cat couldn’t feel more comfortable and well taken care of while you’re away.

Dog Walking

— Your choice of 30 minute or 1 hour walks. Includes water and feeding if requested. Big or small, young or old — there’s no dog we can’t handle. Note: Area of coverage is limited to Adams Morgan, Mt. Pleasant, Logan Circle, Dupont Circle, Shaw, Columbia Heights, Georgetown and nearby area.

Small Animal and Exotic Pet Sitting

— We have experience with small birds, pocket pets, ferrets, fish and reptiles, and we’re comfortable with all types in between.

Jackie J.

Business Owner

Jackie has worked with animals professionally for a decade. Before becoming a full time pet sitter, she worked as an Animal Caretaker and Adoption Counselor at the MSPCA where she cared for thousands of animals each year. Before starting District Pet Care, she also worked in the Veterinary field both as a Receptionist and Veterinary Technician, most recently with CityPaws Animal Hospital alongside a wonderful group of animal lovers.
