We have been using Cividwell to manage our condo rental for the last year. We are temporarily living abroad for work and we knew managing the property ourselves would be impossible. Aaron, our property manager, is professional, detail-​oriented, and a pleasure to deal with. He is quick to respond to all communication, which puts our minds at ease being so far away from our property. Cividwell charges extremely competitive rates (less than all other companies I checked), but provides superior service.

We’ve been using Cividwell for our first rental, and they have been fantastic. It’s a small enough company to care about customers, but it’s unusually tech savvy, which has made life as a first time renter much easier and more convenient. I never had to sign a lease in person, checks auto deposit to my account promptly, and I get as much or as little detail as I need about the property, and the rates are better than what the bigger guys I talked to offered.
They’re super responsive, comfortable dealing with me by email, text, phone, or whatever is convenient for me at the time. It’s been pretty seamless, even with me slowly getting up to speed on what I should know as a landlord and unwittingly throwing a few curveballs.
I’d definitely recommend them to a friend.

Cividwell runs a tight-​ship (though I’m not sure about name). Aaron and his team provide top quality property management at below market rates with flexible contracts to suit larger or small properties. He’s small and local, so you get his fully attention and not some behemoth company that doesn’t care about your needs.
Highly recommended.
