Established in 2007.

Bubba’s started out selling Wild, Gulf Shrimp, then slowly we have added soups, sandwiches, sushi, and frying and grilling. We only fry and grill on Friday and Saturday. Now, our specialty is raw and cooked gulf shrimp as well as Homemade Crab Cakes, various fish, and even alligator.

We placed a Togo order I was told it would be a 45 min wait. 45 min later when we got there they hadn’t even started our meal. It was another 45 minites. When we got back to the office the entire order was wrong and there was a hair in my crab cake. Never going back.

I loved this place way back, but the new owners have brought fresh blood and drive into the place. The sushi game has been stepped up and there are more variety of fish to choose from. Amazing local seafood shop and a bonus for the foodies of Washington

I happened upon this place while cruising around on a bike through Washington. It had this home-​y, don’t care too much about lookin fancy, but our food is awesome, kind of vibe. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the grilled Texas shrimp with coleslaw, hush puppies, and a Fitz’s root beer.
The food arrived along with two of the house’s special sauces all of which I devoured in one breath. The shrimp was truly cooked to perfection. I have too often eaten over cooked or over seasoned shrimp. These were simply cooked with some garlic, butter, and some kind of herb. Fantastic!
If you’re like me, the food is the most important element of a restaurant. But, if I could offer one bit of constructive feedback it would be to spruce up the décor a little.
I would definitely eat here again!
