Barrick-​Oltman, Inc. Heating & Cooling is a locally, family-​owned heating and cooling business located in Washington, IL. Owners Mark Barrick and Dan Oltman started the company in 2007 after working together for many years in the HVAC industry. Mark and Dan have over 40 years of combined experience in the HVAC industry. With Mark & Dan’s leadership and vision Barrick-​Oltman, Inc. has attained some highly sought after industry milestones such as being named a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer since 2011 and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor since 2012. They have also been recognized with many industry awards locally and regionally for superior workmanship and customer satisfaction.
