History

Established in 1983.

Time Saving Appraisal was started by Joe and Lisa Manzella who met each other as realtors in around 1981. Got married, became educated in appraising and started the appraisal company in 1983. We are also both licensed Real Estate Brokers as well as licensed builders and have built multiple homes over the years making us more rounded and in tune with the real estate world. Having been in business for over 31 years, we have seen most anything.

Joe has a Real Estate Degree from Macomb Community College. Joe has been appraising for over 31 year. Joe is a Certified Residential Appraiser. He is also a licensed builder and broker. I prefer to be an appraiser working mostly in Macomb County.
