Specialties
We start by carefully selecting green coffee beans from various regions of the world known for there specialty grade arabica coffee. Then we sample each coffee in the sample roaster in order to select the best roast for each coffee variety. Once we have found the perfect roast, we roast a larger batch right in the shop on our state of the art Ambex Roaster. After each coffee has been roasted to perfection we have several brewing methods we employ including a standard drip method, pour over method in a Hario or Chemex, and a fairly new method called Aeropress. Each method brings out different characteristics in the coffee creating a different experience in each cup! We are excited to share this coffee with YOU!
History
Established in 2012.
We opened our doors on August of 2012 and within the first few months we were nominated by our awesome customers as «Best Coffee Shop in Ogden»!
