I always start by saying good things first, so the good news is that they spent several hours in my home without me there and didn’t steal anything. You can trust them with your belongings, which is important, and they were also very responsive on email.
I cannot speak for their carpet cleaning as I hired them for hard wood floor installation. They showed up late after I emphasized how critical it was for them to be on time — I ended up missing an hour of work and got chewed out by my boss. While the other companies all came over first before giving the estimate, Vito gave his estimate of $ 3 sq ft sight unseen. I thought it was odd, but once he came over, the picture changed. First, they wanted money (100 bucks) to move furniture. Ok, thats reasonable but then they wanted another 600 because their furniture moving would delay the project by a day. Long story short, they moved boxes from one room to another and didn’t install any floors. They left the house a wreck, burying my cats litter box and food under a pile of stuff and leaving her unable to eat or pee all day. And they wanted 600 more? Come on! I fired them and they expected to be paid for half the contract, but was half the work done? No. I offered 150 for their time and they refused so we are off to court. Awesome.
If it seems like too good of a deal, it probably is. I ignored the previous reviewer and now, I’m back to square one and have a pissed off cat and husband. Be cautious.

We bought a groupon, and like another reviewer, no one showed up on the day of our appointment, despite having confirmed it the previous work-​day. We called eight times that day, no one ever answered the phone. We left several messages. It is now over a week later and they still have never called.

No-​Show. I also bought the Groupon for hardwood floor refinishing.
Nothing like clearing out your rooms so the remaining rooms are piled with furniture and your house is unlivable, taking a full day off work to meet the guys at 8:30 only to have them not show up.
I called and spoke to someone at 8:45 who said they should already be here. He said he’d check and call me back.
2.5 hours later, I’m calling and someone picks up the phone and hangs up… twice. Two left messages, two text messages… no returned calls and no one showed up.
I left a message to say, ‘at least please tell me IF you’re coming so I can go to work if you’re not’…no response.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Update: As of 8÷18÷12, still no call back and no word at all from this company. Groupon gave me a credit for the amount, but I’m still out several hundred dollars in cash. DO NOT use this company.
