They’re good for a fast drive thru, NE er gone inside. Customer service is fair, polite but out for fast assembly. Prices are ok, food is the same you get what you ask for.

Slowest service ever! Even if the drive thru line is long, it is probably faster than inside. Always check your order!

I’m not big on reviewing «name brand» fast-​food spots. They’re at a bit of a disadvantage on Unilocal because everyone knows all there is to know about McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, and the like. So, the only reviews they get are usually extremely negative… like this one.
I’ll keep it short. They had NO soda, only lemonade or sweet tea. He picks one and is told that he can’t get a free refill, while dining in. Everyone knows that the fast food custom is that you can get free refils, so long as you are dining in. However, he’s told he can’t, EVEN THOUGH the drink he actually wanted wasn’t available.
So after speaking with the cashier, he asks for the manager. Amazingly, the manager tells him the same story. He asks for the name and number of the regional manager and they refuse to give it to him and point him to a 1 – 800 number. He called the 1 – 800 number and left a message for the regional manager to call him back. I’ll let you know what comes of it.
In the words of Stephen A. Smith, I cannot believe a fast food joint would have the «unmitigated gull» to: a. Not have ANY soda (I’ve NEVER seen that) and b. Tell someone they cannot get a refil while dining in. I could see if it were a refil on a margarita, a beer, or even a smoothie. It’s a lemonade, for goodness’ sake!

I go here often only because it’s so close to my house, The line is always long inside & out! Make sure to check your food ALWAYS Service is horrible but the food is decent…

The service here was not memorable, but it wasn’t bad either. The reason I’m giving this place only two stars is because the fries were dry and could cut someone’s throat, the burger was dilapidated and lukewarm. I won’t be coming back here, especially because of the boisterously loud teenagers.

I’m not selecting not one star for this location. To say service is slow would be a compliment. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!
