Anne and Nate were absolutely wonderful. Their knowledge and experience in Washington, D.C. are invaluable for navigating the labyrinth of purchasing a home. They are professional but personal; they move the process along with focus and energy without being overbearing. They take the time up-​front to really learn what you want, helpfully tease out your preferences, and curate an incredibly easy process of looking at potential units. You’d be in great hands.

We used John Stacy from Washington Fine Properties. We were relocating from NC and the real estate market was challenging to say the least. We probably were not the easiest clients! We have two young children so we had a lot of items on our wish list. Our search lasted over 6 months. He made the experience enjoyable and efficient. We ended up in a great house and we love our neighborhood. He was so professional but also enjoyable to work with. We now consider him a friend and we would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give Florence Meers 10 stars I would. Without question, she is the most knowledgeable, professional, and FUN realtor I have EVER come across. It felt as if she really enjoyed her vocation. AND my boyfriend found his dream apartment!!! Her phone is 202−487−7100!!! Send her xox from me.

Richard Newton found a spectacular condo for me three years ago. I outgrew the place and talked to Richard 5 months ago about possibly selling. He gave great advice, staged it, sold it, and we had multiple offers in one week. I sold it in August and did better than breaking even. I highly recommend Richard.

I listed my condo with them and it was under contract in 3 days… in this real estate market!!! WFP is THE real estate firm in DC. Very attentive service and strong marketing. They have better connections and resources than anyone in town… and it’s local (not part of some chain like the other agencies)

I’ve been extremely disappointed with our property transaction involving Chuck Holzwarth of Washington Fine Properties so here’s my negative real estate agent review and feedback. As the seller’s agents, they neglected to share a pest report documenting damage to the house’s support structure with us, the buyers, until the day before closing (they had it in hand for a month prior). Even then, the last few pages of the report were mysteriously «missing.»
Chuck attempted to argue that the seller wasn’t responsible for certain structural repairs. Furthermore, Chuck Holzwarth appears to be trying to back out of our agreement — we had agreed repairs would be made, paid for, in part, from agent commissions. Now, a month later after the repair has been made but not yet paid for, he’s backing out of his word.
Hey, Chuck, how about share the damage report with us when you received it, so we would have had time to resolve this in a better way? We agreed that the repair would be the seller’s (and both agents!) responsibility so that closing could proceed.
This is just one of many problems we’ve had dealing with the Chuck Holzwarth team.

This is a first rate brokerage house.
WFP has a top commitment to their clients, focus on due diligence, and has vast expertise in the luxury real estate market of the DC metro.
Bruce D’s experience sounds dreadful, but unrealistically rare. WFP has earned its place on the Wall Street Journal’s list of the nation’s top producers in residential real estate the last 3 years in a row by being the best. In addition, they are working for a commission, and thus have a heavy incentive to take a proactive role in selling a property, limiting the possibility of any negligence.
I know most of the brokers there, and they are all good people — unlike many of the real estate agents out there.

The sales agents of this up scale residential real estate company think their s**t doesn’t stink. Having listed my $ 3 million+ house for sale recently, when the listing agent was so nice and professional BEFORE I listed with them.
Then, I rarely ever heard from the agent again. Very unprofessional. They only want your listing and then wait until the other hard working agents from other real estate companies sell your home.
I would never list with this firm again.
