Chef Ruth Gresser, the culinary talent and founder of DC’s celebrated Pizzeria Paradiso, is redefining pizza in Washington once again. Twenty-three years after Chef Gresser introduced Neapolitan style pizza to Washington, she is now excited to produce her award-winning pizzas in a fast casual environment with Veloce. Your Veloce pizza starts with our robust yeasty dough, topped with highest quality ingredients including organic tomato sauce, house-made sausage made from locally raised meats, lovingly roasted fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, and specialty cheeses. We then cook your pizza in our custom-designed Neapolitan style brick oven with the expertise that comes from over 20 years of experience. Before you know it, your pizza will be ready for you to enjoy either in the restaurant, or on the go.
