I went approximately 2 weeks ago to get replacement bulbs for my front lights and 1 of my rear lights. I will definitely return. The gent who greeted me when I came in, Leon (or so he said-​not sure if that was his real name, he was a jokester), was pleasant and funny. Since, according to Leon, it was «too hot outside» (LOL) for him to help me, he got his older brother, Kenny, to help me. Kenny was very kind and patient and had excellent customer service skills! I ended up buying three bulbs and Kenny was kind enough to install all of them for a very reasonable price.
I wish there were more businesses like this, they have a real hometown feel and seem to be honest good folks. I felt like I was talking to family members the whole time I was there. I’d highly recommend this place!

These guys are awesome. I went in there to get a new bulb for my tail light. In order to make sure I was getting the right bulb, Kenny asked me to pull my car around and he went ahead and installed it! I had been procrastinating on taking care of this for weeks so I couldn’t have been more thankful for his help. A great team and great service!

They don’t have stores like this anymore. They are knowledgeable and friendly and they had the multiple bulbs we needed for the lights on our car. I said this place was «guy heaven» and everyone laughed. It’s also hard to find these kinds of items in DC, especially in upper northwest. You can combine it with an empanada from Julia’s next door. Parking is south of the store in a small lot in front of a strip shopping center.

If all retailers operated like this one we would be living in a much better world. Great service and great parts. This is my place to go for auto parts. I just hope he stays in business, it’s tough to compete with the big chain retailers. I like going there just to check in from time to time and b.s. with the owner.
