All of the stars!!! Normally I would shy away from a phone repair place that spells «you» with a «U»…took my iPhone 6 to the Genius Bar and they sent me away. Said they couldn’t replace my screen and I needed a new phone. Not so! These guys fixed my phone in a couple hours for the same price those fruit guys wanted. It looks and works great and comes with a 90-​day warranty.

I used uBreakiFix several times, specifically when my Samsung phone face was broke and ATT could not transfer my messages, apps, contacts, and all my «need to have pictures» because the phone did not work. BUT, the brilliant folks at uBreakiFix was able to transfer all my data over to include all 3,000 pictures. I am on my way to see them again — because wouldn’t you know it, changed phones and ATT cannot transfer my data.
uBreakiFix ARE THE GREATEST!!! Like the Life cereal commercial — Give it to uBreakiFix, they can fix anything!!!

I went through the website to create an appointment to replace my phone’s screen. When I arrived on time for my appointment they didn’t have me on the schedule, and weren’t able to find me in their system even with the sale # I was provided in the confirmation email. Not only did they mess this up, they then told me they can’t even fix the model I own, after I selected the specific option from the site (HTC One M8). Wasted my time, I will not be using this company in the future.

$ 150 to replace a broken trackpad on an MacBook Pro. No complaints about the repair and it was done in about a week and a half

These guys were awesome! The online scheduling was incredibly easy and user friendly. With minutes my appointment for the next day was confirmed.
I showed up for my appointment with my Samsung S6 Edge with a shattered screen and they had everything ready to go. Per their estimate, the front and back glass were replaced within 90 minutes.
This phone, while quite cool looking, has a funky screen to replace and they did it with no problem. Great experience and highly recommend!

Brought a friends mac in because she dropped it and the display stopped working. They kept it for 2 days and we had to call to check on it. They said that it wasn’t worth repairing because they would have to replace several parts and take all the software off and reinstall it. He was helpful by telling us that we could still sell it on ebay for parts to make some money. However, decided to bring it to another friend before spending several hundred dollars on a replacement. They completely fixed it with a $ 15 part and it’s been working fine for months ever since.

Great service had a note 5 back panel replaced for $ 20. They where the only ones that could fix it in my area they only took 35 minutes. There waiting area is nice and clean, I was able to watch Texas vs Baylor college football game. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Slow service! Took more than two hours for a screen replacement. LCD was fine but the glass was shattered. 5 – 6 people came in and got their phone fixed after I came in. Even though the replacement was free, it was clearly noticeable that if you were paying for your replacement they were servicing you first. Sat here for 2.5 hours for a screen replacement. I send all of my customers here to get their phone replacements and this is the kind of service they get? But overall, they do a pretty good job!

I took my iPhone6 in for a screen and LCD repair. The staff was very friendly, the service was prompt, and the price was reasonable. I hope I don’t shatter my screen again, but if I do, I’ll return for my repair.

I brought my iPod in and they got to the root of the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. No sweat, amazing service. Highly recommended to anyone, especially because they didn’t charge anywhere near what I thought it would be.

The guys here (Howard and Nick) are awesome, patient and just plain laid back and cool. I’m ashamed to say that I am a repeat offender and have returned more than once perhaps to have my beloved LG Optimus pro’s screen replaced. I appreciate how simple and straight forward their pricing structure is (and estimated time quotes for completion)…I don’t feel used or taken advantage of and I trust fully that they will do their best to repair my equipement to its formally operating glory. I hope I dont have to ever see these jokers again… but If I do, it helps to engage with pleasant and professional people.

I completely shattered my iPhone 6 & was in complete meltdown. I looked up iPhone repair companies and found ubreakiFix. So I read the reviews and saw only a few dissatisfied customers. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. For starters, it was easy to find and get to. I also came as a walk in and it was confirmed that I needed my screen/​LCD replaced. After that I was told it would be done in about 2 hours. I get an email about an hour and a half later saying it was ready for pickup. It was back to brand new! So excited because it looks like a new phone! Special shout out to Nick for his great customer service!

This place rocks. Their legendary service does not disappoint. Highly recommended. Fast friendly and perfect craftsmanship. My screen looks better than the original.
Do yourself a favor: trade in that spider web edition, cracked junk screen here. It is in beautiful Eastern Market and right by Barracks Row. Plenty to do during the quick fix.

These guys are incredible! I dropped my phone in water and they saved it and had it fixed for me by the end of the day. I can’t recommend them enough. Way better than the Apple Store.

These guys were great. I wish I had found them sooner. Very professional and quick service. I was amazed how busy they were when I arrived shortly after opening but they moved people through efficiently and my phone was ready earlier than promised. I would like to think I will not break another screen but if I do this is the first place I will go to get it fixed. Great service!

I tried to replace my battery myself trying to save a few clams. Everything worked at first then things started going wrong. Eventually, I couldn’t see my screen.
I made an appointment with ubreakifix the same day and they found the problem WHILE I WAITED!
I was super impressed. I will certainly take my business here from now on. Did I mention the the free diagnostic was actually free? Not just a come-​on for an expensive repair. Amazing.

Staff was super friendly and the location is convenient near a bucha restaurants to hang while you wait for your phone to be fixed!!!

I have had three products fixed here, so this is my review of each:
Shattered iPhone 5s — Fixed it quick, perfect — no issues
Shattered iPhone 6 (and screen looked like it was leaking ink) — First they fixed it and it looked great but when I left I tried to make a call and could hear nothing and no one could hear me unless it was on speaker. So I had to take it back the next day. They fixed that, BUT whoever fixed it never attached the screen correctly. So I had to take it back again. Third time was a charm.
Shattered screen on my Macbook Pro (don’t ask lol) — This repair was not done on time and had to be brought back to be corrected. While it was a very frustrating (and inconvenient), the customer service I received from the owner made up for it.
While I hope to never break any of my products again, I would probably come here again if I did. However, I will be double checking to make sure everything works properly before I left.

These guys are lifesavers! I’m currently writing this review from my now twice repaired phone (total actual visits: 5). The shop is next to one of the marijuana clinics in DC, so you’ll probably smell that as you hike up the stairs to this tucked away spot. Really close to metro, and thankfully inside the shop doesn’t smell. They’ve got a small, clean waiting area with water and food network, and usually there’s a technician at the counter already there helping.
Every person I encountered here was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure I knew what was going on with my phone progress wise, and explained any delays. They also obviously will use any method to contact you if you don’t have an alternate phone (I got updates for my length first repair via email). I cannot praise their customer service enough.
The first time I went here my phone had shorted out and the speaker and display wasn’t working. Nah of rice trick didn’t work. These guys took a $ 50 deposit from me and replaced parts and worked on my phone for two weeks (mostly due to unavailability of parts). Although they were able to fix my phone most of the way and cleaned and replaced components, the couldn’t get the speakerphone and ringer to work properly and refunded me my deposit, despite all the work they had already done.
This past weekend I somehow knocked my phone off the nightstand and killed the display (black screen of doom with light lines) with a hairline crack on the glass. These guys had the part in stock and were able to get my phone back same day for $ 160. And luckily for me, there is also a 10% discount if you’re a klutz end up being a repeat customer.

Professional service, very reasonably priced, and a great staff. Highly recommended if you need to get your screen repaired.
The screen on my galaxy S5 was cracked and in need of repair so I stopped by this place based on reviews. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it to anyone that needs a screen repaired.
