As others have noted this is the only choice in the immediate area that I have noticed, so gave it a try. Sort of a dumpy convenience store oriented to the nearby students with a sandwich prep area taking up part of it. The steak and cheese sub, while generous with meat, was soaked through when I opened it 5 minutes after taking it out(the only option, no tables). I was overcharged by just enough to make ME look like the petty one if I said something; maybe this doesn’t happen to regulars.

I really enjoyed my Chicken Salad Club Sandwich, Next time I go I will try the Steak & Cheese since most folks were ordering that.

The sandwiches are great! The Trinity Chicken is my go-to. The chicken is plentiful and the seasoning is great, however, I wish they would provide more lettuce and tomato. I understanding a lot of people may enjoy the chicken and crisp bacon, but more often that not, my sandwich is more meat than anything(seriously…anything). The fries are always hot and good. Cons: The pricing of drinks is a little high for the quality of the experience. I get it. It’s a small, quick deli. Somehow I can’t picture myself purchasing another $ 2.19 Arizona green tea when they are buy 1, get 1 free at CVS for $ 1.00(w/tax). Yikes. Additionally, other items are heavily marked up. Again I understand it is a small deli but highway robbery isn’t the answer. I’ll keep coming because I know what I’m expecting. Good food, quick service.

My daughter just moved to DC so we need to find the good places to eat around her. Based on reviews, tried this place. The sandwiches were delicious. We had a Ruben, a gyro, and a bah go qee(?). All were full of meat. Fries were great too. Only drawback, no seating. A take out place.

I been coming here since being employed at the hospital and the food is great. I had the chicken cheese steak, steak and cheese, bacon eggs and chees sandwich, chicken salad club, tuna club, turkey and ham club, fries and onion rings. Hey also offer fresh salads and freshly cut watermelon. I have not once been disappointed by them. Service is great, staff is great and the prices are decent

The Bulgoki is the bomb! The Cubano used to be but the quality has gone down quicker than a street walker. I would give this place 4 stars but the cook I had to yell at twice to use gloves before handling my beef sub, and the main cashier had a cold sore a few months ago and kept picking at it. Those two employees need fired.

I used to get the TRINITY cold cut sub but they took it off the menu *sad face* but the regular cold cut is delicious too! The customer service isn’t impeccable but I mean it’s a quick deli so I didn’t expect 5 star service. U can call ahead and order(id suggest that during lunch since it gets pretty busy). Yummy! Def one of my quick stop go-to places! Heard the chicken salad sandwich is good as well.

Clean, staff is friendly. Store is in a tiny strip mall off of Michigan Ave. I stop there on the walk home from work to grab something to drink. Not outrageously priced like some mini-marts are. They do have a small selection of wine. Haven’t tried the food yet, will update when I do.

First, they have never gotten my order wrong. Second, OMG! So good! I change up the following 3 sandwiches on a regular: Cajun Chicken(usually a little spicy — always delicious), Trinity Chicken(similar to Cajun Chicken only not spicy), and Bul Go Ki. These sandwiches come in hearty proportions and will leave you in a food coma… Oh right, and they have practically every drink imaginable. If I weren’t already eating a Tuna wrap from Trinity right now, I would go and get it. nom nom nom…

What can I say about Trinity Deli? Besides having delicious food, the staff is very friendly and professional. I particularly love the breakfast sub, which is loaded with egg, turkey(sausage or bacon), bacon and cheese. For lunch, the chicken cheese steak, turkey special, turkey club, chicken salad, bulgogi and much more are on the menu. All delicious by the way. Also very reasonable prices for those who don’t cook their own food.

I work nearby and get breakfast here at least 2 – 3 times a week. The prices are great– two eggs, bacon, and a generous portion of home fries with a 16 oz bottle of soda is $ 6.07. The food is really good. The home fries/hash browns are made fresh, and chock full of onions. They are seasoned very well. All of the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The inside is a little old/run down, but I just noticed yesterday that they are remodeling, so that should change soon. I have not had lunch there, but several co-workers tell me that the sandwiches are outstanding.

Although I’ve eaten from them less than a handful of times, I must say it is your old-fashioned, deli-like, greasy-spoon type of eatery. You get what you pay for. The prices and attention to service is very good and the selection of sandwiches, subs and the like are typical, albeit run-of-the-mill in taste and quality. TD strikes me as a cross between a 7 – 11, a deli and a sub shop — take your pick it pretty good for a decent quicky bite if you don’t mind(frozen bag) fries, so-so Philly steak sandwiches, or pre-packaged goods. I may go back on occaision.

If you’re looking for a cold sandwich, get the chicken salad club on toasted whole wheat… best I’ve ever tasted. If you’re looking for a hot sandwich, the Bulgoki sub is delicious! Either one won’t disappoint. Yeah its a little dusty looking in there but the food makes up for the appearance.

Honestly this is probably the best thing to eat around the area, a little sad, but true. Anyways if you get past the convenience store/dirtiness of the store, they actually make pretty good sandwiches. I would recommend the bulogogi and cuban sandwiches.

Ugh. Trinity Deli… I really just feel like when you’re about the only thing around, you pretty much have a responsibility to be good. You could be making money from starving students and other trapped Brooklanders, but instead, you’re… Dirty. Smelly. Inconsistent. Bland. Rude. I truly wish I had something nicer to say about this place as I am its Duchess, so, given that, I guess I’ll recommend the pre-packaged bottles of water which I myself purchase. If you choose anything else, good luck to you…

I love Trinity Deli. As Craig R. said, you can’t use a credit card unless you spend $ 8 or more, but that’s understandable because they get a large fee from the credit card companies every time they do it. Food is fast; huge drink selection(including alcohol). Perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast or lunch. Fresh watermelon and salads are made every morning and available in a fridge to purchase. The only downside is that their signs say they serve breakfast all day, but if you ask for it past noon, sometimes they’ll tell you they’re out of stuff or have put it away for the day and will ask you if you’d like a lunch item.

Oh Trinity Deli, why do you have to be one of the only places for food right around my work? I could hardly justify giving this place two stars. Well, actually I really can’t so back to one star you go. 1. Honestly, who has a policy that states«You can use credit cards if you spend $ 8.00 or more»? Eight dollars?! What the crap? 2. This place is dirrrrrty. 3. The food is *insert many different phrases that are synonymous with bad and you won’t be far off at all*. 4. They never get my food order right. 5. They serve beer and I can’t drink it because I’m at work.(Holla if you need a forty. I have the quick connection.) 6. This place is dirrrrrty. Do not go here unless your jaded with every single last one of your other food options.
