Todd is a class act. I started using him when my client was left in a lurch by a different lender he selected. Todd cleaned everything up for us and got the deal done in 9 days and my client in to his home. Since then I’ve worked with Todd many times and he’s a great communicator and always keep his promises. I’m a huge fan and so are my clients.

Todd was amazing — helped us through a super complicated multi-​mortgage purchase and made it seem simple and easy to comprehend. He also got us better rates and a cleaner process than other lenders we talked to.
And perhaps most importantly, he was super responsive, always available, and very very flexible.

I’ve been on Unilocal for a little while but this is the first and only review that I have taken the time to sit down and write thus far (there is a reason for that). Once I realized that Todd launched a page, I jumped at the chance to share something that I learned during my recent experience purchasing my first home: you cannot make a better choice than Todd if you’re seeking a lender.
From our very first conversation, he aimed to make sure that ALL of my questions were answered and that each of my concerns were properly addressed. I don’t know about you but I HATE being pitched and, after expecting such an interaction during our first call, I hung up the phone feeling like I had found a partner in this process and not simply initiated a business transaction.
There were a few things that needed to be taken care (on the sellers end) literally just hours before closing and Todd made sure I was up to speed every step of the way and equipped with all of the information that I needed. He was extremely professional, responsive, and reliable. Frankly, when you’re making one of the biggest purchases of your life… you certainly wouldn’t want it any other way.

If you want a lender who is there to answer your questions (no matter how many or how often you ask), with patience and understanding both of the home buying process and how stressful it can be for the home buyer, who is committed to clearly communicating with you so you know exactly what paperwork is needed to make the sale happen, and truly wants the best for those he works with, Todd Pede is who you should choose! Todd was great throughout the entire home buying process but my husband and I were certain we’d chosen the right lender when we were grappling with a decision to potentially walk away from a home we were under contract on. We didn’t know what Todd would say because we’d all already put so much time and effort into the purchase and now we’d be starting over if we walked away from this house. But when we expressed our concerns about buying the home to Todd, he simply said that with a purchase this big, we should be happy and excited about it (and we weren’t). When we decided not to purchase that home, we never felt Todd’s commitment to us or our home search waver. He continued working on our behalf and made sure we were ready when the right home came along a month later. Todd is a consummate professional who undoubtedly wants the best for his clients. We’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a motivated, capable, dependable, and all-​around fantastic lender. (And if you’re a veteran looking to use your VA loan, like I was, its important to have a lender who has been through the VA loan process before and Todd has!)
