Rashan B.

Business Owner

Rashan Broadnax, a native of Newark NJ, has always held an interest in the arts. At an early age his parents fostered his love of music by enrolling him in the Newark Boys Chorus School, which afforded him the opportunity for extensive national and international travel. During his high school years at St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, he developed a keen interest in fashion. Shortly after his college years, Rashan was introduced to the Beauty Industry. It wasn’t until he relocated from New Jersey to Washington, DC, that he pursued this interest by attending the Bennett Career Institute. There, Rashan completed the Cosmetology Program in 2006, Salon Managers Program in 2008, and the Barber-​Styling Program in 2012. Mr.
