History

Established in 2013.

Geneen Taylor, founder of Taylor Made Aesthetics received her certification in esthetics at the Aveda Institute New York and the International Dermal Institute. With more than a decade of professional experience in the beauty industry, Taylor has also worked for LUSH Cosmetics, Jurlique Soho, Sephora, Natural Body Spa & Shoppe, and Bliss Spa DC.

Taylor, who grew up in Northeast D.C., originally founded the beauty services company as a home business in 2013 and, as a participant in Enterprise DC, a program that assists Washington, DC startups, she is now ready to offer her services in a professional, welcoming space.

Geneen Taylor, is the founder of Taylor Made Aesthetics. Taylor received her certification in esthetics at the Aveda Institute New York and the International Dermal Institute. Taylor aspired to combine her passion for esthetician services with her desire help people, and decided to open her business in an official space. «I am thrilled to be able to open a business in the very community where I grew up,» says Taylor.
