History
Established in 2010.
TaKorean started as DC’s very first and most popular Korean Taco truck.
TaKorean offers a classic menu of Asian inspired taco combinations and menu items to consistently provide customers with fresh, unique, healthy and delicious food. Made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available, TaKorean serves Korean-style Bulgogi beef, Dak Galbi chicken, Bo Ssam roasted pork, Hoisin caramelized tofu and a seasonal vegetable (currently green beans) with a choice of kimchi-style pickled cabbage slaw, napa-romaine slaw or spiced kale. All soft corn-tortilla tacos, slaw bowls and rice (choice of white or brown) bowls come with an array of toppings to add an extra kick — a cool lime crema, a tangy avocado crema, Sriracha chili sauce, Korean style salsa roja, fresh cilantro and roasted sesame seeds. In addition, TaKorean offers an organic soft egg for bowls and a homemade Korean style salsa roja with multigrain blue tortilla chips.
