Couldn’t communicate with the lady making the food. She messed up the order and blamed us for her not paying attention to the order? The owner I think was behind her just sitting there and said nothing. Paid and got the hell out of there. Don’t torture yourself by going here if you don’t have to.

Okay to be realistic, its Subway. I really can’t give it more than 3 stars. Maybe its that, maybe its also the fact that they are cheap as all hell on serving size/amount of items they put on your sandwich. Especially if you catch one of their many 5 $ foot long months! Were in America here, we like healthy quantities of food! There’s no reason to skim on the amount! Specifically the cheese, it wont hurt you to give me one or two more triangles! Maybe I’m just being bitter, having recently lived in France, but really just give me a little extra cheese!

I am giving this Subway a 5 because there is no way in Hades that the other Subway of Dupont Circle should be rated higher than this one. The other one is small, unclean, and the service staff is not too friendly, not to mention they skimp SUPER hard on the veggies and condiments. This Subway, however, is more spacious, cleaner, gives you more sandwich ingredients for your $, and the staff is much more pleasant. They actually smile, and one of them even complimented my necklace today! I think I’m going to buy her a Christmas gift. So if you’re thinking«5 dollar…5 dollar…5 dollar footloooonnng» around lunchtime, I would highly recommend choosing this location over the other, more inferior Subway location. And don’t give me any crap about how it’s farther away from your office. Subway sandwiches are great, but not the healthiest, so chances are the extra walk will be good for you. Why you should believe my review: I work at a non-profit in the Circle, so my co-workers and I are always looking for cheap lunches, so trust me, we know our Subways. Sidenote: I’m an oven grilled chicken kinda gal, but today I went nuts and got the(cheaper) Spicy Italian. It did not disappoint. Just make sure to get it toasted!

Dear Subway, When you kindly ask me what vegetables I would like on my sandwich, and I list them for you, I don’t mean three pickles and a light smattering of olives on a foot-long sub. And when I ask you to place more than 3 pickles on my foot-long sub, I don’t mean two more. Love, The person paying $ 10 for bread and iceberg lettuce.
