I absolutely loved my experience at this location. I popped in with a friend a few minutes before closing and that was no problem for the employees! The two young men that were working tonight were encouraging, welcoming, and charismatic. If I am ever down in this area again, I will be sure to stop in.

I don’t speak English fluently. I had to repeat several times what I want, and they finally served me what they want. Beside, they doesn’t have a lot of items of the menu.

This has been my neighborhood Starbucks my whole life. Even with all the staff changes throughout my years in this neighborhood their service is nothing but perfect. The drinks are made just how I like them and the baristas are extremely friendly.

Nothing special here. The products are just what you would expect from Starbucks — great beverages but a bit pathetic with the pastries. Seating can be tricky on a Sunday afternoon. The outdoor seating is abundant, and I like the walled-off feeling of it. The location is great. It’s convenient for transit as well. Baristas and customers were polite and cheerful. This is the kind of place where I can trust someone to watch my belongings whilst I run to the washroom.

There are freaking bugs in the food display !!! Im really disappointed. These bugs may transmit diseases, I don’t recommend taking food from there, just stick to the coffee.

I like this Starbucks because the longer term staff there are terrific, friendly, and work hard to deliver your drinks as fast as possible.

This has to be the best Starbucks in all of D.C. The staff is always really friendly and they are fast. This is my favorite place to go for coffee.

This is a pretty good starbucks. Yes, as others mentioned it can be crowded, but it’s the closest one to my parents’ house in DC. They have a few comfy chairs which encourages customers to hang out for a bit and there’s outdoor seating for warmer weather.

It’s Starbucks. Not much different than most. Staff are ok. Nothing special. Buy consistent.

I really like this Starbucks. The only reason it is not getting five stars is that it is quite busy and it can be hard to find a seat. Located right next to Glover Park on Wisconsin, this Starbucks is removed from the craziness of M st. and has a more local feel. There are a good number of easy chairs and tables to study or sip your coffee while reading the newspaper. Sometimes homeless people seem to congregate inside. Once I sat next a man in camo pants who wouldn’t stop singing religious«the end is coming» songs. Finally another man asked him to stop and the man yelled at him for being racist. Really? I moved. The staff is really friendly and they make your order right. A lot of people seem to use this starbucks for phone interviews, in person job interviews etc. So there are a lot of meetings going on as well as a lot of students studying. I think this is my favorite SB in DC so far. It is right across from a Whole Foods and has a cozy feel.

This Starbucks is near my work, so stopping by here is super convenient. Parking is slightly a pain, but I have a permit and finding a quick spot in the residential area is not a problem(you do have to do a 3-point turn off an alley as it turns into a 1-way street). The staff here are quite efficient and friendly, and I’ve always received my large orders correctly and super fast! The place gets jam-packed with students as well as people who just need to study/do some work. It is a little small and the line does get long, but it does move pretty quickly. Their pastry/beverage case is always filled, which is nice to see(as some Starbucks locations can be a little pitiful in terms of their quantity ;(It was nice seeing the appearances of the holiday beverages ;D Also, if you come after 2PM, all pastries, no matter which one you get, is $ 1. Wowzers! +friendly & efficient staff +$ 1 pastry with receipt after 2PM +limited street parking on 1-way street

A perfectly fine Starbucks. Friendly employees, free WiFi and a nice seating area. Not too busy during the morning/pre-9AM rush, which is great for a stop in on the way to work, although parking can be a bit tricky, especially when rush-hour parking rules are in effect on Wisconsin Ave(no parking 7:00 — 9:30AMor 4:00 — 6:30PM).

The staff and service here is great! I am taking away a star just because I often have trouble finding seating because it is so popular!

Forget the patio unless you want to be assaulted by disgusting smokers polluting the air. Even worse the management doesn’t bother to clean up the cigarette butts that are strewn all over the patio and left day after day.

The service is excellent here! Although the lines are long(as expected), they go by quickly and my order is always made correctly. The staff are friendly, and the coffee is great. I love the vibe and cute atmosphere, and its never too loud that I can’t study. I do wish there were more tables, but with the limited space, it’s understandable. Finally, I recommend the Shaken Iced Tea Lemonade(Passion Fruit flavor), iced Americano, and bagel/cream cheese toasted to perfection!

The staff here was incredibly friendly this past weekend during the major power outage. Even with an endless line of people for days(literally) — I really appreciated the great attitude.

This place feels more like a traditional neighborhood coffee shops that any other Starbucks I have been in. Located right on the corner, and in a classic brick building, I have always enjoyed stopping here while out on walks, and all through law school I found myself escaping my apartment to study here, usually next to 5 or 6 other people studying for law classes as well, a clear sign that I missed that there are far tooooo many lawyers in DC. When I was here recently the place had not changed a bit. I was able to have a hot coffee and sit at the outdoor tables watching the foot traffic on Wisconsin Ave. The service is normally good, the bathrooms are always very clean, and as I mentioned above, the place just feels comfortable.

This is an AWESOME starbucks. I like the design of it. I like the baristas. I like the music they play and the comfy chairs by the windows. I was there yesterday, and I got a free strawberry-banana smoothie because someone didn’t want it! I love when that happens. They have their delicious pumpkin spice latte in which is my favorite. I have to take away a star though for two things: The price, close to five dollars for a medium, I still can’t get over that. And also the lack of free wi-fi I don’t understand why… they charge for wifi? Not cool. Saxby’s which is a little more than a mile down the road, has free wifi and much cheaper coffee. Still I find this Starbucks easier to do work in, and it’s closer to where I live.

I love this Starbucks. It’s right across the street from my office, so of course that’s a bonus, but I also love the layout of the store. Lots of seating, as well as a large outdoor patio where people hang out when it’s warm. They also usually have a bowl of water out for our canine friends. The people who work at this particular location are very nice. It’s usually a little iffy with Starbucks employees — they seem to run the gamut between overly cheery and downright surly. I really love the people that work here. They’re sometimes understaffed in the mornings but they never get frazzled. I’m also totally obsessed with their new breakfast item, the sausage egg and cheese piadini. Yum!
