Sniffs & Wiggles Mobile Pet Grooming

I have called and left messages 5 distinct times since mid-​November and have not received a call back. in my last message I asked whether they could please notify me if they were not taking new customers or make that clear on their answering machine as other companies do, but no such luck. This may or may not be a greater groomer — but this has been an extremely frustrating experience so my one star is for their fairly non existent customer service. Too bad !

We have used S&W twice now for our Havanese, and highly recommend them! Juan is super friendly and very professional.

GREAT haircut and super convenient since he comes to you! I took my rescue dog Georgia to Juan for her semi annual haircut and we had good results. Georgia’s skin and hair are a bit problematic (super itchy and greasy) but Juan made her look nice, have a healthy coat and smell good. First time she got a doggy Mohawk too (it only lasted a few hours unfortunately.) It’s a little pricey but you can’t beat the convenience and the attention to detail. Also good for dogs who don’t get along with other dogs (like mine) since this is one on one treatment.

Juan did a phenomenal job caring for and grooming my little special needs 12yr Pomeranian, Poncho. Juan arrived within the time frame we discussed, took Ponch and made him handsome as ever and even gave Ponch a couple breaks in between to compensate for his heart & lung disease (Ponch’s coughing spasms). I felt very comfortable leaving Ponch in the care of Juan and was super pleased with Ponch’s overall groom.
Regarding scheduling Ponch’s appointment, I contacted Juan via his online form and Juan promptly returned my call. Juan first provided an over-​the-​phone consultation and then established my preferred method of contact. The day before contact of our scheduled appointment and day of contact went very smooth. Very pleased with Juan’s service and most of all his care for Poncho.

I am pretty sure the concept of mobile pet grooming was based on convenience. However, my experience with Sniffs & Wiggles was anything but convenient. I reached out via telephone on Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following week. I received a telephone call, email and text message early Tuesday evening from Juan, owner and groomer of the company. Due to personal constraints I was unable to answer the phone, but I responded to both the text and email. I was told that Juan does not take appointments via text.
Bombardment of media aside, if the owner doesn’t wish to communicate throw email or texts, he probably shouldn’t send them. Particularly when he initiates the communication. Talk about mixed messages.
I can appreciate not wanting to go back and forth via text, but I was available the entire week ahead, I just needed Juan to confirm a time. Luckily, there are several other business in the area that offer similar services with consumers connivence in mind.

This service is very convenient. Having a groomer come to you instead of having to drop off and pick up is a great time saver.
I like that they ask a lot of questions during booking ensuring that the grooming will be tailored to your dog.
My German shepherd looked and smelled amazing. But more importantly, I felt comfortable leaving him with Juan and he was calm when he got home. He doesn’t really like baths so I was afraid that he would be frazzled.
I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have two rescues that are very nervous around people, and one has never been groomed before. Heather and Juan not only made them look and smell like «Rockstars», but they took the time to make sure my dogs felt comfortable with the grooming process. They were amazing!

Juan and Heather with Sniffs and Wiggles were amazing. We have taken our Yorkie to other local groomers but have never been completely satisfied. So when we saw Sniffs and Wiggles, we thought we would give Juan and Heather a try. We couldn’t be happier! They were very responsive doing an initial consultation on the phone and then they spent time with us prior to grooming our Yorkie — looking at pictures, talking through how we wanted her hair cut, showing us their grooming vehicle, and getting to know Madison, our dog, before starting the grooming. They parked right outside our apartment complex which was super convenient, and they gave our 3 year old Yorkie one of the best haircuts she has ever gotten.
We would recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, caring, and overall great dog groomer. I know we will definitely be calling Juan and Heather with Sniffs and Wiggles to cut our Yorkie’s hair in the future.

We had such a fabulous experience with Sniffs & Wiggles! It was the first time our 10 month old Yorkie, Charlie, was professionally groomed, and they did an amazing job.
When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-​the-​phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive — especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-​notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn’t truly know how to best describe it — something like a puppy cut but not too short because he’s a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality.
It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn’t have to travel anywhere! I can’t describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn’t be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons.
All-​in-​all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. We HIGHLY recommend Sniffs & Wiggles and are looking forward to having them cut and bathe him again.

Excellent Service, comes too your door, I recommend everyone too try it. If i can add more stars on Unilocal i would, Juan is the best and the prices are affordable and as soon as your pupp is ready, you receive a text and Juan will be at your door with your dog… Best dog wash on wheels
