History

Established in 2012.

Cher Castillo Freeman is the principal broker and owner of SKY Real Estate. Cher’s career spans more than 10 years in the Washington, D.C. real estate market. Prior to opening SKY she was a managing partner at her previous brokerage. SKY’s staff of agents, developers and interior designer have more than 20 years of real estate experience.

Principal Broker and Owner of SKY Real Estate, works tirelessly for her company, clients, and community. SKY Real Estate provides services in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Cher’s ability to recruit and train technically and intellectually savvy real estate agents while fostering a positive corporate culture, is representative of SKY’s ability to consistently deliver results to buyers, sellers, landlords, and all clientele.

From 2004 – 2010, Cher managed the daily operations of her former brokerage, a residential and commercial real estate firm with over 55 agents and $ 50+ million in annual sales. Cher served as Director of Marketing for Advanced Communications Group from 2001 to 2004; and from 1999 to 2001, she was the Press Secretary for Congressman Alcee Hastings, U.S. House of Representatives.

Cher holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida and is a 13 year D.C. resident.
