Hi! I’m Sarah Petersen, aka Pete! I started working in hospitality over 15 years ago and have been planning weddings & events for over 12 years.

Sincerely Pete Events was the natural step to take with my background in event planning, sales and management. I bring a uniquely diverse background of experience including event planning for the military, associations, nonprofit organizations, hotels and conference centers and private social functions as well as sales, marketing, branding, social media management, fundraising as well as operating a number of highly successful private event venues.

On a personal note, I love travel & sunshine, folk music, sailing & anchors, farmers markets, cooking family dinners & a good whiskey cocktail or glass of Pinot Noir. I’m a former opera singer & big band front-​lady who still plays piano and is learning ukulele.
