Sherman is absolutely fantastic! I was recommended to her via my sister who bought a house with them several years before.
I was fortunate enough at 27 years old to partake in the crazy process that is called «buying a home». Needless to say, it was very intimidating at first glance especially when you start dealing with bottom line costs!
Even though I had heard so many horror stories about the process as a whole as well as all the complications that can occur, Sherman really held my hand every step of the way.
Without even asking she consistently provided me with updates from practically everyone involved in the entire process from the moment we were out looking for properties that fit my criteria to the moment I closed on the property. Her «cradle to grave» style of customer service has been invaluable to my sanity throughout the home buying process. Believe it or not, it felt as if everything was in a constant state of «autopilot»
Sherman wont steer you wrong, follow their advise but obviously speak up if you have issues. She is more than willing to address any concerns or questions you have to help you get into the home of your dreams! Since they also cover VA DC and MD, I will be calling on her services again moving forward for my future home purchases.
My Criteria
–House Cost Under 300k (achieved! started at 250k)
–New construction (achieved!)
–Close to 2k sq ft (achieved! 1800sq ft)
–Close to a metro (achieved! walking distance!)
–Clear investment property (achieved! now valued at 315k less than a year later)
Being an IT guy, I am very results oriented and she clearly delivered with a smile on their face the entire time.

Sherman is as good as it gets. Im not sure of the circumstances the person who wrote the first review had, but i do know my experience with Sherman was amazing.
I was a first time home buyer and she helped me get a great price and through the entire process. She always responded to my calls and emails. I closed 6 months ago and Sherman is still in communications with me, she has checked up on us and has made sure I was still satisfied 6 months later. She truely is a great person and agent.
She will be my «Agent for Life»

Sherman was not responsive, was unable to answer our questions, and almost ruined our closing when we discovered (2 hours beforehand) that she had failed to follow up on home inspection repairs. If you’re in the market to buy or sell real estate, avoid this agent!
